Glowroad — Received a completely different product and unable to return it due to QC

Dear Sir/Mam,
My order was rejected due to QC. Please help me I am very upset and I have done a very big mistake by ordering product from glowroad. Neither I have received a orginal product nor I am unable to return it. Please return this product and refund my money back. It's a humble request. I have received the product on 27th February, and when I have seen that different product I have raised return request on same day, and return request has accepted on same day only, and when Delivery boy has reached to pickup that product he has rejected the pickup and told me that this product is different so arrange a non QC return for this product then only he will pickup this order.So on 27th February only I have raised a call back request on glowroad and told my problem, that my order has been rejected for pickup due to QC (quality checkup) .So please arrange this product for non QC return.they have told me that we have raised your request and your order will be picked up soon with non QC return.

From 27th February till now date 15th March, I am daily calling on glowroad customer care service actually twice a day, for my order non QC return but I have not received any positive response from glowroad app. Not only a call request but also I have mailed many times but no such Positive response. I am very frustrated from glowroad app.

I have ordered first time a product from glowroad app but condition of this app is very bad.Not only I have received a different product but also I am unable to return this product.I am very disappointed. I have struggled in this app from past 16 days to return this product, but no such response I have received.

Glowroad app has not done fair with me in my first order they have cheated me. If you want to give me justice please try to arrange a non QC return for this product and return my money back as soon as possible.

Please return my money back and take away your product.

Please do a fair with me.I have posted this problem on play store review option also. Please help me.
