Hello team,
I have placed this order in April and immediately after receiving the same, my customer has complained that water is leaking from the juicer. I raised complaint for return. We didn’t have anyone to pickup this product back. Hence I called up your team and informed that she would be on travel and asked them to arrange immediate pickup.
Inspite of the message no one picked up. She was constantly trying to reach the pickup person and please note the delivery address is office address (BSNL). Inspite of multiple attempt from the customer end to reach the return pick up guy and me trying to reach your team and explain this issue, till now this was not resolved.
One fine day, after I spoke to your team, me request for return was cancelled stating inspite of multiple attempt they couldn’t pick the parcel. I just got 2 messages stating to keep parcel ready and nothing more.
I am quiet frustrated with the kind of service and if you note I have been your regular reseller, I seriously wanted to deal with this matter amicably than make it as a big issue.
Although I tried making multiple attempts to call your team, I have been given standard replies which doesn’t help me. Infact I told your team that I can give the courier guy number and conference my customer as well online so that they can check the truth, but your team is constantly telling the standard reply.
I have been a reseller since Local queen days and didn’t expect this kind of poor support.

Hello team. Thank you for creating such a wonderful app for new resellers, and i'm one of them. Placed 1st order from my 1st referral on 21st of may 2019 (Screenshot attached) from the gr app and the commission/margin money didn't been received back in the account provided in the app.
Placed 2nd order directly from my account and the issue was same as the 1st order.
Recently placed the order 3rd time. Let's hope for the best or i'll have to take strict actions against the company for making this type of [censored]/bluff apps.

As per glow road payment cycle if the delivery date 6-15th then payment release date is 24th by same month... But still I don't receive my margins... Unable to reavh customer call center... How to get my margin from glow road pls help me

money debited but no details regarding my order confirmation

I placed order for 5 crepe tops (Rs. 1569/-) on glowroad. Made payment through debit card. Money also debited in my account yesterday. But till now i did not get further details or notifications regarding my order.

I have done online transaction in glowroad app, amount has been debited and even credited in glowroad account, but order is not yet confirmed since 10 days. There is no proper customer number to complaint. Several times I mailed them, they are replying to wait 12 working hours, the same is repeating.

refund amount not paid by the company
I am an reseller selling with glowroad app. Recently i ordered a kurti material worth 1000 rupees. Bt its not mateeial its a aemi stiched one with low quality and its size not fitting to my customer so i put return request and they picked up my product and shown a message that amount will be refunded at 48hrs. But till now there is no credit and no updates about my refund. Customer keep on calling me for refund. Glowroad cheats me and my customer too. Please take a severe action please. I lost my good customer also.

Glowroad cheated me without informing me locked my account I can't even login the account and see my recent orders or refunds I have returned one saree but till now I didn't received my money it's showing refunded pls resolve the issue

complaining about wrong items

I have buy combo of 2 women denim jeans from Glowroad, they send me wrong item like colour, size, quantity etc. Then, I request return and they accepted, but they make excuse as i refused to pick them up that return cloth. They don't come and din't call anymore. Even I call customer care number more than 20 times, they didn't pick up a single time. Please anyone can help me?

I returned the selfistick to glowroad sowhy don't you return my money. I m a good reseller of glowroad. Than plz return the money of my customer denesh haldia. Ur product was not working well. So he disappointed with your product. Than i hope that u return my money very soon because i want to be do business with your company glowroad. Because the product of this company is very good

They use low quality products, so my cutmore has returned the product and pick aslo has done but till today (02/01/2029)..
I didn't get refund back.. My customer calling me regularly... 3 return amount pending.. 2600rs...

Pls sir/mam... Take srtict action on it... Otherwise.. It's level increase day by day... Which is very harmful for our society...

I have order saree, i keep on followup to return from 15 days still no one responding properly. Please help me, please return my amount. I have received on 4th december. Keep on calling to customer care & mail also. But no one responding properly. Kindly take saree & return amount. Saree what i have received is totally different in design & work also. my margin was not credited

I have purchased one lehenha in glowroad app it's a resellers app, u purchase to my customer, it's delivered but my margin 634 rs was not credited to my account yet.
I ask to the customer service many times but they simply tell we credited but it's not reflect ur bank account so ask to ur bank i also enquiry with this.. But no response

Hello... Muze Mera 1st margin 24th Aug Mai milne vala tha no ki nahi mila hai. Or 2nd margin 4th Sept ko milne vala tha. Woh bho nahi Mila hai. Costumer care se baat karne ke baad bola Gaya ki hamne aapke Ac/ Mai paisa bhej Diya hai. Aap check kro. But muze still Paisa nahi aaya hai. Help Karo. Or Mera margin mule dila do.

I have bought a black kurti along with bottom. When i got that product that doesnt fit my size. So i like to return that product. I mailed them regarding this issue but they just called and said they need to chekck about this. But after that there was no response. I request them to call back, again no response. I need my money back and return the product as soon as possible. Please help.

I have the same kind of experience with GlowRoad more recently. Even though their site says they have unquestioned return policy they are not processing refund requests even if it's a mistake on their part. They only keep sending mails saying wait for 48 hours or so. I urge everyone not to buy anything from this crap site. They have the least value for your money and time.
This is an update to my comment made earlier. I had this issue resolved today with the help of one of the founders of GlowRoad whose email ID I happened to see on another site. I sent a mail to her explaining my problem and she promptly intervened. The result was that I got my refund issued today. They also told me that they will arrange for a reverse pick up from their end. As of now my problem stands solved. Thanks.
