GM Infinite — Booking Amount refund

Hello, I have paid booking amount of INR15000 with a clear clause in booking form that "if we decide not got for home, we are entitled for complete refund of booking amount" We have decided not to buy at the project and contacting them for refund since last one week. I am not getting any response for management. Can you please help? I am attaching booking form, where in notes section the notes are mentioned. Thanks & Regards, Shardul thaker

Updated by shardul Thaker The deposit mentioned is 1L is because I asked for one week time to comeback and repay INR 85000. But before that we decided to not go for the same.

The reason I paid INR 15000, is because, on the day when we visited the project, the sales executive mentioned that in that block only one apartment is left, and on the other table, customer are thinking for the same apartment, so if I just pay 15000 for now, they will block it right away and agreed for the condition.
