As per guidelines, if husband wife both are successful for allotment, at the time of surrender of one plot, complete earnest money will be refunded, without any deductions. You refunded 90% of amount and refunded rs 675000/- instead of rs 750000/-, that too with a delay of 6 months i. E.in dec 2018.
I surrendered the plot on 03/07/2018, vide your diary no 24701, well before issues of loi, which is within 20 days from the date of draw of lots.
Bank is demanding balance amount with interest from me.
I, therefore, request you to immediately refund the balance amount of rs 75000/-, along with upto date interest from 03/07/2018 to till date, and send the same to p& s bank, phase 10, mohali, immediately.
