[Resolved]  Gmada — No response have been received

Sirs,
We are sorry to point out the state of affairs at GMADA.
We had applied for allotment of plots at your Dashmeshnagar (Anandpur Sahib)scheme as per details below:
I have deposited Rs. 1, 20, 000 vide form no. 1037, category A size of plot 200sq. yard for Dashmesh Nagar, AnandpurSahib on dated[protected] through Oriental Bank of Commerce, Nangal. The Refund is not till date made to me neither to the bank. Requested to send amount of Rs. 1, 20, 000 plus interest immediately to avoid further harassment.

I am a senior citizen and its my hard earned money having no other source of income. Hence again requested to help to sort out this.

Despite Various requests our refund is still pending for more than one and half year. :
ACCORDINGLY ON 27.04.2013 COMPLAINT WAS SENT VIDE YOUR GRIEVANCE NOS.1298 AND 1308
AND THEY FORWARDED TO ACCOUNTS DEPTT. ON 07.05.2013.
AGAIN REMINDED VIDE COMP.NOS.1307 AND 1308, BUT STATUS WAS SAME.
NOW AGAIN YOU ARE REQUESTED TO IMMEDIATELY MAKE THE REFUND WITH INTEREST OF OUR HARD
EARNED MONEY BEING BLOCKED. I SALOCHNA DEVI IS SENIOR CITIZEN AND WITHOUT ANY INCOME.

YOU ARE HEREBY AGAIN REQUESTED TO TAKE IMMEDIATE CORRECTIVE ACTION BY REFUNDING
THE MONEY, FAILING WHICH WE WILL BE LEFT WITH NO OTHER ALTERNATIVE BUT TO APPROACH
THE CONSUMER REDRESS AL FORUM FOR RELIEF OF DEFFICENCY OF SERVICE, HARRASMENT,
MENTAL AGONY, WITH COST FOR WHICH ENTIRE RESPONSIBILITY WILL BE OF YOUR DEPARTMENT
AND PERSONAL RESPINSIBILITY OF CONCERNED OFFICIALS FOR RETAINING PUBLIC MONEY OF
SENIOR CITIZENS FOR WHICH GOVT. IDS OTHERWISE CLAIMS VARIOUS SCHEMES.

THIS LETTER SHOULD BE TREATED AS FINAL NOTICE.
