This is so pathetic. I'm a Doctor who has sent the medicines to my pateint through GMS courier on 14th July 2021 to Whitefield from basaveshwaranagar. The tracking information shows as delivered, but my pateint has not yet received the courier. This is a GREAT LOSS for me. I always courier medicines to that pateint through DTDC this time since its lockdown I could not get access to DTDC hence sent through GMS. Please see to it that my courier has delivered properly to the right person. I have also mentioned the phone number of my patient as well as mine. Therefore it's GMS workers duty to call and inform me or the other person who's number is mentioned in the courier.

HI,
Here is my Consignment Number and the courier site says it is arrived five days ago, but as now it is not delivered to the customer. Is this way ur working.
When i call to Customer care, they say they have only Delivery Agent and that to Old Senior guy and he was on leave for two days, due to this it is not dispatched.

I have booked a product from Herbalife nutrition and it has reached Hyderabad on 12th May till now no futher details about it is furnished..it has been also 10 days I booked the product. No one responds to the calls and if responded also does not give exact delivery date. It's been 3days delay than the delivery date given ..

The package has already at the bhubaneswar apex 6 days back. It’s an emergency but not delivered yet. Why it’s taking so much time even no one is responding? There’s no correct contact details of the regional office. Poor service. Please confirm the delivery date.

Hi Team,

Hope you are doing good.

This mail is regarding my Consignment no[protected]

My laptop has been shipped and it has been received at Indore office.

Today (29th April 2021)I received a call from Indore office his name was Mr. Shyam
His contact no is - [protected]

He called me and asking me to get the laptop. Ideally your team should deliver my laptop at my doorstep and I shouldn't go to receive it.
And secondly in my city there's a complete lockdown and we aren't allowed to go outside only essential services and delivery team can deliver the Products.

But your guy Mr. Shyam was talking rudely to me and was misbehaving to me.

I want the issue to get it resolve as soon as possible and please do take necessary action against such person.

Please let me know if anything else required.

Courier was sent from Bangalore to Amalapuram 533201.yesterday[protected] your GMS delivery boy asked my daughter to collect Courier from GMS office. Otherwise pay Rs 100/-to me for your doorstep delivery. Finally my daughter was paid Rs 50 /- and got delivery at doorstep. This is way your Courier staff cheating customer. Please take proper action against your staff for cheating customer. This is very bad impression on your Courier service. Thank you.

We have booked courier on 29.03.2021 from seethammadhara Visakhapatnam. The agent promised that it will be delivered by Wednesday or Thursday.. but still it is not delivered. The onlin tracking status is out sor delivery since two days.. we have called hyderabad delivery office regarding the same. We heard a lot of irresponsible answers from them. They said that to make a booking we will blame you that the item will be delivered in two or three days.. but we don't deliver them as said. Very irresponsible response from you.
