My docket no[protected] still not delivered to me even if it was out for delivery on 08th nov 2018, as per the tracking details. Unfortunately tracking item shows "out for delivery" while the courier boy did not reached at delivery address. When the delivery boy called for the address conformatiom he told that "my time is off and will deliver it tomorrow (12th nov), but till now docket is not delivered. As i need the docked urgently, need your kind intervention in the matter.

Mentioned consignment was booked on 5th october 2018 and supposed to be delivered on 8th october 2018. But to my surprise, they didn't deliver till today. Upon enquiry i can't find any toll number on their website and also the numbers of corporate/zonal/regional office are found to be incorrect or not ringing upon dialling. Very unfortunate that i need the consignment delivered urgently otherwise i shall be in great trouble. Also they don't even reply the email i sent requesting for delivering of my consignment. Moreover i request all to not do any businesses with gms courier in future for their poor service.

I couriered my household goods and my two-wheeler (purchased 6 months back) from Pune to Hyderabad on 11 August 2018. I did not receive the goods and also the tracking number given by 'Divya Enterprises' franchisee of GMS Courier Service is invalid and I am unable to track the status of my goods.
I have been following up with the company for last 40 days but unable to get any kind of satisfactory response from them. I have sent written communications with reminders but the team is not responding. I even escalated the matter to their management but even the management don't feel themselves responsible to respond.

I have given a consignmemt to GMS COURIER KOLKATA on 30/08/2018 to be delivered at Bhopal (M.P) 462030 and today is the 10th day of Sep and yet its not being delivered.. Now what should be done it was very urgent and important. Please take action against them as this irresponsible behaviour is not acceptable by people specially when fastest means of communication as well as transport are equally available. Please look over the matter on priority bases.

My consignment has reached hyderabad since 19th of aug 2018. On the website, they are showing out for delivery status since 20th of august but they are not delivering my product.
I have been calling them continuously for 3 days. First, these guys dont know how to talk to customers. They are talking very rudely.
Also on enquiring, they are saying same thing that the parcel will be delivered tomorrow. Its the 3rd day i am hearing the same and tomorrow is not coming for them. I have really urgent consignment. It is containing specs for poor eyesight.
Please help on this urgently. I am tired of calling these guys again and again. I even called up the zonal office but everyone is saying that they can't help. Such a poor service by the company.

When the delivery boy called for the address conformation and after conforming the address, he told that "my time is off and will deliver it tomorrow(11th May)), but till now docket is not delivered. As I need the docked urgently, need your kind intervention in the matter.

Upon calling on this no on 11th May, he is not picking the call.

The above number is the deliver agent number he didn't come to my address and he is saying i have to go to his place and collect my courier. What the # agent he is... Courier means u people have to delivery in my address...
While i spoke with him that i'm raising complaint on him he didn't tell me customer card number and my tracking number.
As i mentioned my address indigo arcade, flat no 101, raja rajeswari nagar, kondapur, hyd.
Check this issue if i'm not getting my courier today i put case on gms in consumer court. I need my courier by 24 jan before 6pm. If not i put a case on ur service. I mentioned ur agent number i got call... [protected] is ur agent number.

While tracking we got to know that it was delivered to jaymahal at bangalore. How can this happen?? Even we have noted the phone no too.

Can you please revert in this urgently since this was some bank document..

Dear sir we have booked courier to the chief manager, canfin homes ltd, service road, ring road cross, krishna towers, mararhahalli, bangalore. On[protected] ref no:[protected]. The document is not delivered. We are unhappy with the service.

Gms has no courtesy to call either sender nor receiver telephone numbers.

Kindly arrange to deliver the same today.

Hi, i ordered material from surat n they sent the same by gms courier n it reached bangalore chamrajpet branch on oct 13th, 2017 n it's still not delivered to my address at hoodi. There is very poor response from the branch people. They won't pickup the call also, even after calling more than 20 times. They gave me delivery guy number, which is not reachable at all. When i call them and ask about delivery guy, they are telling that they are not responsible for that. I don't know when will i receive my material. I don't know who will take responsibility, if i loose the material. Please let me know how to deal with these guys, thank you.

This is swati from ps steel tubes limited i sent a very important original import licence and the docket details is[protected] dt 20.10.2017 and still not recd yet 05.10.2017, nobody taking responsibility that where is courier gone its very important document and still not recd.

I call mumbai branch but still not taking any action, in gms courier website it show that courier out for delivery on dated 22 october 2017 but not delivered in office.

My parcel is coming from chennai to kolkata
As per their web tracking
Despatched 4th sep 8.18 pm
Reach kolkata appex branch 6th sep 4.12 pm
Out for delivery 6th sep 4.34 pm
Today is 8th sep 5.30 pm. I didn't received my parcel yet.
I don't know when will i get my parcel. It's importan.
I don't know about their service in other cities but kolkata's service is pathetic.
They don't even received the phone calls. Half of the time they switched off the mobile. The number is mentioned on their website is invalid.
Email to corporate office but no reply.
Feeling helpless.

Team this is bhagya from bangalore, my docket no is[protected], this is from surat they made courier on 01/05/2017, in bangalore courier people received on 05/05/2017, when i called on 06/05/2017 morning they told that (06/05/2017) only received when i asked them when should i receive the courier they told 08/05/2017 we will dispatch, bt it is very urgent for me so i told them and collect their only by evening (06/05/2017) as i gone their evening by 6.30 pm they told wait for some time well give you. After two hours searching they din't get the parcel. By 8pm they told with out their knowledge one person already taken that parcel to deliver you, bt he did't deliver, i told them to call him and bring the parcel in office where i am waiting bt they told even they are not having his mobile no also. This is not correct that not that who taking couriers and not keeping proper mobile no's and not deliver time to time. Because it is very urgent courier for me. It will effect to my business.
Pls take nessesery action and give service to people who is having good respect and good will on your service.

Your kind information am send (Muthoot microfinance) courier date as on 23december 2016 but still the courier not reach mentioned addres & after i check loan track that time courier still in cochin apex branch ernakulam date as on 26december2016 time11:26 am. I request you kindly do the needful.

I have been following up for this docket number[protected] for almost a month, this is still not reached the destination. I sent this on 22nd oct'16, from bangalore to chakan, before sending i verified the reach of gms at that place and i paid rs:- 210/-. Now they are saying they are not going daily to that location, and from last one month they never gone to that location so my courier is not delivered. This was return product that i sent to 99 rpm (Online site), now due to delay in returning item they might reject my return and i am going to loose almost rs 2000/-. I tried to contact their customer service, but not getting any response.

On 18th SEP, i had submitted my document to GMS Courier at Swarna Collection, Bangalore, Munekolala, Marathalli post but still the tracking id is showing as "Invalid consignment" and while checking with the people where i have submitted they are saying to me that. please wait we will get back to you but still no luck yet.

I am sharing their numbers please take action against them asap.

I have couriered rakhi as on13 aug from kalol to thane and as on 16 Aug couriered status showing forwarded to thane but still the couriered not delivered to my relative. When I contact to Mumbai branch miss pratibha said to me she will check and call back to me but I am not received any call from Mumbai branch.every day one time try to contact Mumbai branch but number is busy showing my pod:[protected], GMs service is worst compared with speed post service.in future never used this company service, I don't know the mngment taken action on it or not but this is unacceptable for me to delivered one couriered taking time more than 15 days.I had sent mail to Mumbai branch but still not received any response.

My way bill says 29th jul return order booked from chikballapur to ghaziabad. Till date it was not delivered and my return policy also got expired since it was the diffective piece from seller. Now amount of product gone and these courier not updating on the product status.

This is to draw your attention to the unsatisfactory courier service by your company. I handed over the packet with reference number[protected] on June 17, 2016 at your Patna branch to Bangalore. And your staff member assured to deliver the packet within four days, but failed to fulfill his promise.

Not only has the parcel not been delivered till date, but there has been no satisfactory measurements taken on the part of your company to give details of the delay. I regret to say that I am literally disenchanted by the service provided by your company this time. I never complained about any of your services during the past three years. But this time it was a big letdown.
