This is the worst courier service i had ever experienced in my life. The courier service is very irresponsible. The courier reached the gms office delhi as on date 17/3/2016... Till date 06/04/2016 no correct response for calls neither the courier reached the destination... Is this the customer service??? Can some 1 explain... Final try... GMS Courier, nandyal, kurnool (d.t) AP.. not delivered me the product sent by or I flame company, hyd. And saying the product is missing. They said they will give me money for the product. But still they did not give me either money or product. PH:[protected]

Dear Sir/Madam. I would like to introduce as M.Tamilmani working as Asst Vice President at Jindal Stainless Steel Ltd . Jajpur Orrisa. I needed some document from my wife who is staying in Bangalore. she had approached GMS courier services near our residence at Bangalore for sending the documents through courier. GMs courier services ensured that the consignment shall be delivered to me here at JSL, jajpur road. She had sent the courier on 23rd june and till today I have not received it. When contacted the office hey say that there is no service to this place. If it so why they committed that they will deliver it to the said address. And once committed why they don't do it. Why we should be penalised for their mistake. Now my documents are not identified, not delivered to me. What should I do?? . Such things should be stopped. Just for making business why they should give false commitments. Who will bear the delay of submitting the documents to the bank . It is really embarrassing . GMS should bear the delay cost .

Dear Sir/Madam A courier was sent to my address on 23rd June from Bangalore office giving a commitment that it would reach in three working days. It is so unfortunate that even till today I have not received it. In spite of follow at Bangalore office and Bhubaneswar office . When contacted your Bhubaneswar office they say that there in no service to This place. If this was the condition then why they accept the consignment. They should have clearly told that there is no service. Now they say me to collect it from their Bhubaneswar office which is 140 km away from my place. Really very bad. Why they give false commitments . Is this the way they run the business. Rally very up set. Please help and let some guide lines be given to them.

Here we have gionee serive center and the company have type of courier delta mobility pvt ltd . And our closing time of service centre is 6.00 pm at that time your gms branch give a parcel of our contains at 5.30 pm about on daily basis
Till today the said the docket no[protected] is not issued and that is the todays proof
And the main point is we both gms service and our centre is only 100 meters far
So please help us as more as possible from your head office

I sent a courier through GMS on 20 November 2014 from Delhi to Dehradun and was told it will be delivered in three days. I have been calling them since 1 week now so that they could update the status of the courier on their website or tell me if the courier was delivered or not. I called their Mayapuri Industrial Area zonal office several times and one male employee named Kushal always tells me that he will call their Dehradun office and then will call me back with the docket number but I have never received any call from them. Their service is pathetic and I will never make a mistake of sending anything from them in future.

Hi Sir, I have transferred this courier from Bangalore to Bhubaneswar on 22nd November. Till now it has not been delivered to the address. I already contacted the customer care more than 50 times and everyday they are telling this has reached Bhubaneswar and will be delivered. I am asking my courier back so that i can use any other courier service to send it even they are not responding to that. I am now helpless and dont know...

The WORST courier service I have ever come across!!! The consignment was Antique furniture couriered from Hyderabad to Trivandrum, Kerala. The Hyderabad office had reassured that packing was included with the services. The consignment received in Trivandrum was barely tied together with torn pieces of plastic sack & was totally damaged beyond any repair. The customer service at the receiving end was non existant... if not irresponsible & unreasonable. The Trivandrum office inspite of realising that the consignment was totally destroyed, insisted on payment before even letting us open the package.

This is the worst Courier service i had ever experienced in my life. The courier service is very irresponsible. I had sent a courier to a place Bhilai Durg in Chattisgarh state. It has been almost a week and i'm not able to track the courier online and neither the courier people at Nagpur and Raipur are providing proper information. I called up all the offices Hyderabad, Nagpur, Raipur everywhere and even the incharge of GMS courier Mr.Sridhar mobile:[protected]. who is very insane and irresponsible. I called him up from past 2 days, the only thing he replies is" i will find out". And the most interesting thing i heard is there is no online system in Raipur Office. So Raipur service cannot track the goods which they send or receive. Finally i have no idea still where my courier is ?

I had sent a courier on the 24th of April to Chennai through the GMS courier services and they claim that they have not found the address after searching for 2 days and they also say the telephone number was not provided to them. The address and the telephone number was provided in the slip which they provided to me and they also have a copy of it.They respond so irresponsibly. The courier service staff are very inefficient and they are not ready to refund my amount back. kindly look in to this issue.

A To Pay parcel booked from Pune on 06/01/2012 vide Doc. No.[protected] through GMS Courier Services, Pune. First, They misplaced my parcel and till date i.e. 16/01/2012 not deliver the parcel to me and they are telling to me for a charge of Rs. 400/- for the parcel which is absolutely wrong charges of courier and when I talked the concern person on phone no. [protected], he was talking in very wrong way and when I told him that I am going to lodge a complaint in consumer forum he is fearless and telling that he will not delivered the parcel and also not returning to the the source he is completely fearless from consumer forum he told me do what can you do and telling me that he is not afraid from any complaint on consumer forum.

Sir, Please take any action against this courier service and instruct them to deliver my parcel.

I am Ambika, My mom has booked the courier from Maddur (Karnataka) to Navi Mumbai on 2nd Jan-2012 morning 9.45am, but now it is 9th-Jan-2012, still I didn't recieve my courier, it is more than 7 days, and even if I call to GMS branch office in Mumbai, they are giving falls responses.
Please have a look at it and deliver my doc asap, because it is very very urgent.

Hello all,
My Father in law sent me courier on 8th march by gms couriers. but this couriers guy made me suffer like anything it reached the destination by 13:25 on 10 March but they didnt borther to deliver it when i asked the pune gms office they we will deliver it on 11 march i told i need on 10 th but they started shouting we dont deliver boys and cant deliver it. and i told them to deliver on 15 march by 9am even they didnt do that. finally i had go personally to collect the courier. GMS Courier is pathetic services

i booked a consignment(rakhies) on 14 of aug for alipurduar, jalpaiguri, west bengal. but till date it has not been delivered, the commitment made by the courier was three days. the consignment no is[protected], gms courier.it was booked from f-37 alankar plaza vidhyadhar nagar jaipur, [protected] . u can very well understand the emotions attached with the consignment so kindly see into the matter and reply asap.

Respected Sir,
I would like to draw your kind attention that I have been send a percel from Bangalore through GMS Courier Services on 04 Aug 09. It was an urgent medicines that was requred for some medication. The courier service shop at Visakhapatnam has received on 06 Aug but they have not delivered the percel to my office address situated at Gandhigram post, Visakhapatnam. My office is a defence establishment and manned by 24 hrs. Because my requirement I was continiously enquiring about the percel and on 08 Aug I came to know it was lying with the shop of GMS courier at Visakhapatnam. I personally asked the concerned person and he refused to deliver that day with a very rough manner. UltimateI went all the way to the shop and collected the item. Iask the person should I complain the matter to Consumer Forum? On reply he told he go ahead and do what ever you wan tto do.

Sir now my request please take a stronge action against the GMS Courier Services, Visakhapatnm and fix a compensation according to your roule as the medicines were costing Rs.2500/-.
I will be looking forward for the descision taken by you.The details of Bill is as followes.

Yesterday I have got a courise from my friend and by bad luck my friend sends that in this GMS... Some one openned my courier and thay have stealed one item from my courier...

When courier guy deliverying the parcel I didnt notice this... After sometime I opened the courier and when Im speaking with my friend only I came to know that they have opened my courier and that have stealed...

Its very very bad and puts me and my friend in more tension. I called to Customer Care in Bangalore and I said abt this... every one is trying to escape from my call only.. but no one is willing to give me proper answer for my issue... My call has trasfered 4 times... now its around 24 hours still i didnt get any reply for my query...

GMS its very very worst and cheating courise service... Friends please inform this to all your friends if possible and atleast they can be in safe and without tension by these people...
