GMS Worldwide Express — Package not received

Hi, everyone I would request all to not to sent any parcel from GMS they are the worst service I have ever had. my mom sent a 25kgs of package from Banglore vasanth nagar branch to USA. On 16th feb 2024 today is 24th of feb but still didn't received my parcel and unable to track. Tracking is not working I want to keep on call to ask about the status. Vasanth nagar office opens at 10.30 but if I call at 11 or 11.30 to branch manager H.S Pushpa she will be at home only. Only one day she spoke to me later days she is not picking the call. Some other boy picks and talk to me saying it takes more 3 or 4 days to whereas already 8days is over. They don't know which state my package has been reached. Around 5k worth sweets got wasted 25k worth items are there in the package. But still they are so irresponsible. Usually other courier deliver within 5 to 6 days and says 2 days buffer time but these stupid service said 8 to 10days but still failed to deliver within 10days and it's going beyond 10 days still doesn't know where is my package. Never ever use GMS courier service they are irresponsible and they are the worst.
