Go Air Airlines — Regarding refund of my seat booking charge | |||||
Myself booked 2 tckt from patna to delhi from yatra .com in same pnr, unfortuntely i had cancelled one tckt, after processing cancellation yatra had processed the issue and it fianlly returning RS 41 only against Rs3290 . my main concern is this after made booking from yatra, ihad purchadsed the seat for directly from go airlines, after cancellation no any authority of airlines processed my refund of my seat purchasing money that was already cancelled and go airlines already deducted the sai amount from that. i already mailed the issue and called many times but no any aunthetic reply had been given . MY PNR IS TKKJ92.kindly do the needfull action, otherwise i have to move the consumer court for this issue, my no is [protected] . thank you Was this information helpful? | |||||

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. Would like to inform that booking was canceled from the airline for one passenger (Mr. Umesh Singh) only. As per airline, cancellation charges were INR 2225 per passenger. We have received INR 1369 refund from the airline. Out of this, we have deducted INR 300 (Yatra service fee) and INR 778 (promotional discount offered to you at the time of booking). Hence, INR 291 was refunded from our end (INR 41.00 in your credit card and INR 250.00 in Yatra wallet account as INR 250 was paid from your Yatra wallet account.
For seat assignment refund, we request you to please contact the airline as amount was directly paid to the airline.
