I have booked my flight from Chandigarh to Delhi and Delhi to Hyderabad as your organization dont have direct flights from Chandigarh to Hyderabad.
So I booked a Chandigarh to Delhi and Delhi to Hyderabad as i have an urgent conference meeting at hyderabad. PFB the booked flight details.

But unfortunately your Organization has cancelled the G8104 flight on the same day when i was waiting for the boarding .Due to an urgent conference meeting I have to take a flight on urgent basis from INDIGO Airways on higher charges from Chandigarh to Jaipur and Jaipur to Hyderabad (Connective Flight). So i have to cancel the Delhi to Hyderabad flight i.e G8 423, just becoz of your poor service.
I have waited for five months but still my refund was not credited in my account.
I want my complete refund for my both flights (G8 104 and G8 423).
If within the next 7 days my refund would not be credited in my account then I will have no option except to go by legal way.

      I have booked the flight from Bangalore to Jaipur dated 1 July 2021 pnr no F8DGKJ of 3 adults which got cancelled so I rescheduled the flight on 2 July 2021 pnr no F8DGKJ which again got cancelled and now I had to schedule my flight on 2 July which is 15hrs journey and I had to go from Bangalore to Mumbai then to Jaipur and I will reach Jaipur on 3 july on 7:30am as it was a emergency situation for me to be in jaipur by 2nd July so if they had to cancel then why will they shedule the flight and cancel it are they playing with customers so who will pay for my loss and if I cancel the flight and book other one they just pay me 9000 which is not even half of the flight charges is this what they do to make money just show flight in schedule and later cancel it.

        My PNR no F7RG8J my flight is of today ie 30th June from NGP to Pune, yesterday I was not able to do my web check in so I called up your customer service number it was a surprise to me that one lady executive upfront told me she can’t do the web check in and I should do it by myself, when I asked her to give the phone to a TL she said it’s non of my business and banged the phone, this is something just not acceptable. This incidence is of yesterday evening around 6:45 pm
        I again called the same number and the other executive helped me with my web check in.
        Why such arrogant and mentally disturbed people are kept by you to handle customer. This does not go well with a service industry.

          My flight from Patna to Ahmedabad- Flight # G8 8034 of 5th June 2021 was cancelled by the GoAir. First I received a flight delay message and later, was informed that the flight is cancelled. There is no information from GoAir when will the money be refunded. I have written two reminder emails to their customer care but yet to receive a reply till today (29th June 2021).

          How can Aviation Authority of India allow them to keep booking tickets and let them fly inspite of over thousand such complaints! They have to be held accountable for such serious offence.

            Flight cancellations information not given on Phone or by SMS.
            It is to deep concerned that my flights G8-308 from Mumbai to Port Blair on 28.06.2021 is cancelled and neighter Goair nor IRCTC intimated me on phone or by massage. I am so disaponted that your customer care number not getting. As there is no any other direct flight to port blair I came to Chennai by another flight. from Chennai no direct flight to Port Blair till 4.7.2021. I have to stay for week at Chennai due to your negligence. Kindly cancel my ticket and refund the full amount with seven days stay charges 7000/- and RTPCR test 900/-

              It is to deep concerned that my flights G8-308 is cancelled and neighter Goair not IRCTC intimated me on phone or by massage. I am so disaponted that your customer care also not getting since morning and as there is no any other direct flight to port blair I came to Chennai. Now from Chennai there is no Flight to Port Blair till 04.07.2021. So cancel my ticket and refund the full amount with halt charges (per day 1000/-*7days )7000/- and RTPCR test Rs.900/-

                GoAir flights gets canceled everyday, but still everyday I am able to see the new listings of multiple flights on multiple travel platforms and on their own website too.
                They do intend to refund amounts in upto 30 days, but why fool customers like that and block their money for 30 days. Last week after canceling my flight to Kannur, they called and promised that next day flight will operate, but again next day my flight got canceled and I have to book thru Indigo on urgent basis by paying more than regular price, plus my GoAir refund is still processing and it will take 30 days. Moreover, my return ticket today got canceled too, for which again my money is blocked.
                I request to stop listing GoAir flights, so that customers stop bookings till your so called everyday operational issues are resolved.
                Stop blocking our money for good.
                Can you guys imagine how much money GoAir must be blocking on daily basis thru their daily different flights with almost 200 bookings regularly?

                  Date of travel: 26th June 2021, BLR to Pune
                  Date of booking: 24th June, 2021

                  I was denied to board on 26th June, due to missing RTPCR test. I understand the changes were announced by MH govt maybe just 2 days ago. However, passengers cannot keep checking news as everyday the news is different. We only rely by what the airlines tell us.

                  I booked the ticket and checked state guidelines for Maharashtra and did not find any RTPCR being mandatory. I was still wary and kept checking every sms that Goair was sending, in case it mentioned the test was necessary. The same day, on 24th, I also did a web checkin, and was not warned about carrying a negative report on me.

                  There were other passengers too, that were not carrying such a test report.
                  We have been demanding atleast a change of flight, or complete refund, or at the least some refund in our goair account, that can be used to next flight booking, but we have been denied any kind of refund.

                  Now, after posting a tweet about this whole event, they get back to me, saying that I will have to raise a refund request for no show since I did not board the flight!

                  Please help me to get a complete refund for the whole ticket amount, including an excess of 100 for the seat charge.

                    I request you to change a letter of my name in the domestic airline ticket. This was the mistake done by me. Please allow me to board the flight. The title is "vishwakarma" and it has been written "viahwakarma". Below are the attached aadhar id and the ticket.

                      I have booked a flight on 22nd of june from delhi to hyderabad from Go airlines.on 27th night i got a message saying flight has been cancelled and without mentioning any reason and messaging this is beyond our control.i have work on 29th of june morning in delhi and have to return back to hyderabad same evening.
                      They have processed for refund but are explaining it might take 30 days.
                      I would like to lodge a complaint againt go airlines for being careless towards customers and devaluating me.
                      They even can accomodate me for same day saying there are no flights whole day.

                        Customer care really dont care about the person who call them they did not pick the phone call i really tried more the hundred times but every time what i see is disappointment and even they cancel the flight more than two times i really hope that my full refund get back

                                I have booked GoAIR flight for Kolkata to Lucknow (PNR: B8MNNW, with layover at New Delhi) scheduled on 17.06.2021 and for onward journey from Lucknow to Ranchi (PNR: VEBZWK, with layover at New Delhi) scheduled on 19.06.2021. GoAir has informed me on 16.06.2021 that my flight from Kol to Lucknow (on 17.06.21) has been cancelled. When contacted, they told that the refund for this can be processed but for Lucknow to Ranchi no full refund can be made. Any alternate flight is available late on 18.06.21, which will not serve my purpose.

                                I had taken both the tickets simultaneously and had informed the Airlines for the entire schedule. However, they have cancelled first leg. Now, if I am not going to Lucknow, how can I board GoAIR flight on 19.06.21 for Ranchi from Lucknow. First, I had difficulty, spoilt schedule, higher expense and subsequently this harrassment from the Airlines.

                                I need an urgent intervention Sir.

                                    Hi,

                                    I have not received my refund yet for the flight PNR :KEJ43E (Flight cancelled by the airline).The customer care phone is always busy for 10-15 minute.I got fed up by the the goair response regarding this.No time and money value for the customer.Very very irritating.

                                        I had booked ticket of GoAir on 12th May. On 14th may, they called me, and said. Your ticket has been cancelled due to weather. I said, it's okay, when will i get my refund, they said after 7 to 10 days, you will get your refund. It's been 1 month, I still not get any refund.
                                        I tried many calls to customer care. They don't reply.
