Address: Mumbai

I booked my flights to travel from Mumbai to Imphal via Delhi.
Mumbai to Delhi (GoAir) was on 11th evening and Delhi to Imphal(Indigo) on 12th Morning.
On 9th I got a message that the Mumbai to Delhi flight has been postponed to 12th morning, in this I will miss my Delhi to Imphal flight.

I tried calling go air customer support more than 10 times, I have mailed them times and escalated the mail also, but I got no reply from GoAir.

We have paid them for their service and it's really frustrating when you don't get the services after paying a good amount of money. The customer support is totally unreachable. They are totally ignoring customers.

    MY PNR YB3BMT, Flight did not operate. Need Refund. Flight didn't operate.
    I need refund .Tried calling Customer care many time and for hours no one is responding to the calls.

      Sir, dharmendra kumar booked flight ticket with pnr no a96wtg, from pat to sxr on 22 jun 20.

      After cancelling flight due to operational reasons on 22 feb 20 i requested goair authority for refunding of money approx 5289 rs.

      But there is no response from authority and i have requested many times but there is no reply from goair.. Please do needful. Thank you

        Go air cancelled my flight (Pnr e81vhj) and informed via mail. After that when i am trying to contact them on call and email but i am not getting any response. I have been doing this from last 4 days. Due to this i had to book another ticker. I need my full refund of the ticket asap

          My goair flight g8-805 from bangalore to jaipur on[protected] at 08.35hrs has been cancelled without any reason
          Total amount of fare 5, 273 has not been credited to my account
          And goair has been not replied my any message and calls

            Hi team,

            There has been multiple instance happened where you guys either change the schedule or cancelled the flight. I am really fed - up of this activity and i will never follow or book your flight in future. For you customer are only donkey who are paying you the money and you guys will tell us when to travel or when not to travel.

            I am going to escalate this to our government officials and assure you that will take the action on it. If you don't want this arrange a flight for me as a schedule time and make me reach to my destination.

              I booked 4 pax for bangalore to kolkata flight for journey on 15th june, but at last moment airline cancelled the flight, and not even informed about cancellation, then the pax travelled by train to kolkata as they were in emergency to travel, i wrote regarding refund of ticket to all email ids available on gair, but not a single reply till date, and trying to call them since one month, but not a single call connected, they are cheating in the name of booking and not operating flights, my booking number is qcpstn, my email [protected]@gmail.com, contact number is [protected], please help me to get refund

                I booked two ticket from mumbai to nagpur for 9th june 2020, with pnr no. J6sy7m.
                The flight got cancelled. I rescheduled the journey date for 11th june 2020. Again the flight got cancelled.

                I requested for refund and they provided me service request no. G[protected].

                I am still waiting for the money to be credited in my bank account.

                  Hi,

                  I have booked pune to nagpur flight on 8 june 2020 for a date 14 june. Goair has cancelled this flight from their end on 10 june 2020 without informing us. As per their policy, they should refund this amount or give us rescheduling option, but they didn't give me either option, now i want my refund back. I wrote the mails, call them, tweeted a lot, none response came from goair yet. Please help me!

                    Respected sir,

                    In march first week my parents and our relatives total 14 pax
                    Group was gone for pilgrimage to kolkata by train.

                    In return have booked flight for them only for to take experience of flight journey.

                    Below pnr for go air my parents and other relatives suppose to travel on 18 march 2020 from kolkata to ahmedabad

                    On 17 march 2020 evening we were informed by go air that the flight is cancelled which we booked for my parents and other group.

                    We have find the best alternate is flight only because train was full and we were unable to book train, so we have choose indigo flight as alternate because covid situation was worst that time.
                    Go air have cancelled flight due to covid 19 and indigo have successfully flown that time even covid 19 was very active in india.

                    On 17 and 18 march i have received call from go air kolkata office asking me if we want full refund or not. I had informed them to process full refund. And i have booked indigo flight instead of go air.

                    Now go air is providing us pnr protection instead of full refund.
                    I and my agent had make lots of mail and tweets and calls but not getting positive reply from them.
                    Go air is offering credit shell and pressuring us to use that credit shell in our next booking.

                    All 14 pax are aged and not able to take the flight journey next time.

                    We are not in fault as the indigo operated successfully on 18 march and go air is cancelled then only fault is of go air. And go air must give us the refund only and not any credit shell.

                    After lots of mails, tweets and calls we seems that go air is testing our patience since last 3 months and not giving any reply on mail and tweets.

                    I am doing this last mail as request for refund. If i will not get reply or refund within 1 week then i will take the legal action against the go air.

                      Hi,
                      GoAir canclled their flight G8283 stating reason of some unavoidable issues due to ongoing pendemic.

                      The flight schedule was: 12th June 2020 at 7.25AM
                      From Pune to Nagpur (non-stop)
                      Please find the attached ticket.

                      Even though they cancelled the flight, they have not Processed my refund.

                      I have tried communicating with them on all the customer service number shared on their official site as well as I have dropped follow emails multiple times to their escalation ids.
                      I could not receive any response.

                      The refund amount is : Rs. 8708.00
                      Additionally I have paid extra amount to book seat before web checkIn.

                      The ticket was for two adults :
                      1. Puja Anil Marliwar
                      2. Pradhyumna Anil Marliwar

                      PNR: DBYIRA

                      I need full refund in my souce payment method.
                      It seems they are unwilling to provide support to customers.

                        My flight was of 1st july 2020 but got cancelled on 29th june 2020 and they didnt even informed me about cancellation. I get to know when i was going to check by visiting www.goair.in or call go air helpline number to modify or cancel my booking at no extra fee. I have been trying to call right from the time i saw that my flight is cancelled on their web portal, but they keep me waiting and waiting until i cut the call out of frustration. I wasted a lot of time to reschedule my ticket, but it seems the customer care numbers are just a joke and are virtually non-existent. After which i booked another ticket from different airline. I want my refund of money. But neither did i get any message nor did they pick up the phone. Didn't expect such a lame behaviour from an airlines like goair. I have seen other airlines handle cancellations much better. Amongst all customer care services i have dealt with in my life, i have never had such a terrible experience. Today is 8th of july and still they are not responding to my mails and calls.

                          I booked flight ticket for blr to pat in go air on 4th of june 2020. Travel date 13th june 2020. Pnr c78j3j, fare 9562/-. Goair cancelled my flight on 12th june night. I asked for refund as the flight is cancelled by goair but goair is not responding. I tried calling customer care number but no one is responding. Sent multiple messages on twitter but without any luck.

                          Please help to refund my money.

                                My flight is booked for the date of[protected] but two days before on[protected] an SMS and email I received from GO AIR that PNR U5M19S from BOM to LKO has been cancelled.This change is due to issues beyond our control.
                                Hence, It is requested that please refund my amount of Rs 4257/- in my bank account as soon as possible as I already informed to the ease my trip but i didn't receive Satisfactory answer and makes me disappointed and already email to [protected]@goair.in but no response from your side till date.
                                Please do the needful at the earliest

                                  I booked one ticket from Bangalore to Kolkata on 26 June 2020 and cancelled the ticket on very next day (on 27th June).
                                  GoAir told me it I will get the refund within 7 days but unfortunately I didn't get refund within 7 days.. I called their Customer care after 7 days they are telling they have initiated but they don't know when I will get it..

                                    I have booked 1 ticket from pune to nagpur. I got a message that flight has been cancelled and to contact customer care for alternate flight or refund. I have called them and they said that they will be refunding my balance within 2 business days but still i have not received any payment from them. I have tried calling support no one picked it up and dropped several mails to them regarding refund but none responded by go air. Only in response I received that they will be contacting me soon. Nothing has happened.

                                      My goair flight g8 -283 of 3rd june with pnr no g6kcvp (Pune nagpur) has been cancelled by the goair, i got the email just 16 hrs before flight departure. This act was really frustrating and unprofessional. I had done my all preparation.
                                      I have been trying to call both no last one month, but both no are not reachable.
                                      Even they haven't replied on email as well. Money has been stuck and i am not sure they would refund back it or not. Goair services are complete # and #. They are doing fraud and cheating with the customer. Completely irresponsible airline, if they will not refund their customers hard earn money then i wish there company will collapse and bankrupt soon.. This is wadia group company, i wish karma will come back they will collapse, vanish and bankrupt.
