This complaint is regarding the flight boarded by my mother, father and myself on 6th Nov '21 7:40pm from Delhi to Mumbai(G8346-seat no.6A/B/C) On our way to the flight in-coach, the driver applied strong brakes due to which my mom fell, hurting her elbow and shoulder quite badly. The driver said 'Indigo wala aa gaya tha'. We were attended by ground crew but had to narrate the incident multiple times and had to ask brutally and sternly for medical assistance as they couldn't understand the seriousness of the situation. We had to ask the stewardess to announce in-flight if there was someone with medical experience or expertise. They failed to provide the necessary first aid- no ice pack, no splints, no sprays- just a paracetamol which too had to be told to the crew manager at Delhi (Harish Kumar) to ask the flight crew. The aircraft was poorly managed for first aid- no painkillers/ splints/ ice packs. A wheelchair was provided to help her up the stairs into the flight. Flight stewardess named Shiwani was quite cooperative but could only do so much. We were promised medical assistance on arrival at Mumbai but we had to look for it on arriving there. There was no doctor ready over there already aware of the situation as we were told it would be by Harish. It's difficult to understand how an airline and its crew can be so poorly trained and managed for such situations. On arriving in Mumbai the ground force vehicle sent for my mother to be taken to arrival had a punctured tyre and she again had to travel in-coach. The doctor seemed quite adamant on providing an ambulance for rs. 2000 to the hospital. Your system claiming to be responsible for the safety and well being of their passengers failed horribly during an auspicious time and this is pathetic. We need to take this further to the appropriate authorities and action has to be taken- whether it's towards your messed up preps for emergencies or training your ground force or your emergency supplies but this is not to be taken lightly. And if there is no suitable response to this, the matter will escalate.

PS- We are not saying the crew wasn't helpful but they were just not capable of handling such a situation, and we were literally shocked to see a poor arrangement for medical emergencies. I guess this wouldn't have happened if this had happened to some stupid celebrity or a politician. Learn to value life.

- No sign of appropriate First Aid
- Poorly trained Crew and Ground Force
- Pathetically poor System Communication
- Poorly maintained Ground Force Vehicles
I mean wtf are we supposed to expect if we travel with a senior citizen or someone with a disability?? (Not saying my mother is either of them but 'What If??')

We request you to be responsive to this, think if your mother was in this situation, and this was the treatment given to your family.

        PNR Y5GVUI
        both the flights are cancelled by go air.
        Cancellation of both flights are proposed on 19/10/2021 to goair toll free no and cancellation is done as confirmed over phone by go air.
        The said tkts were booked through yatra.com on 20/05/2021.
        Booking ref[protected].
        Refund amount as told comes to Rs.96881.00.
        But no cancellation message from go air is received to my mail (([protected]@yahoo.com).
        Pl send cancellation confirmation to above email to take up yayra.com for refund

          Go Air always depart too late from the schedule time that creates problems for the customer to take connecting transportation and for planning other destinations. So always avoid this airlines.

            Booked G8-188, departure Delhi for Lucknow on 07/10/2021 at 0545PM.
            PNR U2TYYB.Mr.Harish Singh and Mrs.Meena Singh.
            Airlines unilaterally preponed it to G8-188 departure Delhi at 0900AM.
            Total programme collapsed with, logistics and other appointments. Want full refund for deficiency in service and compenastion for the mental agony.

              Recently I boarded goair flight from ahmedabad, and in flight my laptop bag got all wet due to some mistake by cabin crew who forced me to keep my bag in the overhead luggage area despite saying that I need it down. And that I'll keep it below seat area. They kept it above and it all got wet and my laptop is also damaged and my important documents also got damaged. My bag was all wet. I am a doctor and this experience and the poor service and response by goAir staff was just a bad one. Highly recommend against traveling with goair

                Since February 2021 I have not got the refund of my Airticket PNR: MYGYRT as yet which was due to the last minute flight time changes from the airline end and they promised that full refund shall be given for the same. Accordingly I booked another flight for the same date. Mr. Nilesh /Ms Anitha was in constant touch and promised a full refund as well as it was confirmed by your GoAir staff at Mangalore Airport. several emails / whatsapp / messages were sent to them but in vain... But till date I have not yet received the refund for the same

                  I booked two ticket from Varanasi to cochin last November 2020. the flight got cancelled itself and it was informed just the day of travel only and after cancelling the tickets I requested for refund and till now I haven't received my cash back/ refund EVEN AFTER REPEATED ENQUIRIES and calls goair people doesn't have a responsibility to refund the cash. here also I'm adding my FLIGHT NO: G8-404 ON 5TH NOVEMBER. PNR I55R3C.

                  THE WORSE CUSTOMER SUPPORT. IRRESPONSIBLE FLIGHT services . I advice everyone not to choose this flight as we normal people go for a cheaper flight.

                    Go air change direct flight from Goa to Hyd without informing and they are not helping either. I want to get direct flight for same date from them or any other airline with +- 2 hrs so i can reach home on time.
                    But instead of helping they are disconnecting the calls

                      I Janak Bhandari was travelling from Lko to Delhi by Air India 432 vide PNR JQV8S and Delhi to SXR by go air G8-169 vide PNR FG5FPB on 01Sep 21.

                      Due to following reasons the Delhi to SXR go air G8-169 has been missing:-

                      1. AI-432 Lko to Delhi has been delayed 36 min.

                      2. Due to non availability of bus and due to raining at Delhi the bus delayed to conveyed at T-3 exit point. Bus arrived at exit point arround 6 pm.

                      3. My lagguage has been detained by Lko security due to any suspicious item but indeed the contained is my artificial limb/ prosthetic because I am disabled serving soldier of Indian Army.

                      Therefore, you are requested to refund or give the compensation of my ticket i.e. Delhi to Srinagar at the earliest please.

In last moment, flight was cancelled by your representative and conformed. A refund of Rs. 8208/-. initated as per Go air airline mail dated 14-08-21 to my mail ID [protected]@modiprojects.com.

                        But sorry to say that I can’t get any refund till now.

                          I Have booked a ticket (Through my travel agent -Balmer Lawrie) for travelling from DELHI- PUNE on 01.07.2021. When I reached to the Airport on 1st July 2021 morning I was told that my flight to Pune is cancelled. After that I have given in writing from Airport( Go Air office) that I will be full refund in the account from which I have booked a ticket. The copy of letter mentioning about refund and stamp by GO air enclosed. Subsequently I booked a ticket from VISTARA for Pune and that ticket is also enclosed for reference.

                          I am surprised to know from Balmer Lawrie that they have not received the refund till date. I hope there will be no further delay in refund of amount.

                            I booked 2 tickets Goair for travelling to cochin from Varanasi on 5th November 2020(PNR: I55R3C) and Goair didn't gave us confirmation that the flight cancelled and I called customer service there op[previous day and got information that it got cancelled and we requested for refund. and till now after repeated calling and messaging I haven't received my refund. it's been an year. they wont give us any information prior. very bad experience from goair.
                            we'll usually look for cheaper flights and we'll end up in choosing goair. PLEASE DON'T CHOOSE GOAIR THE WORSE FLIGHT WHICHG TARVELLED EVER.

                                  First time i booked your tickets and this is what happened.
                                  I had booked ticket from Sharjah to mumbai for 30 August 2021.
                                  On 25 august 5 pm The airlines pre-booked my flight for 28 August 2021 departure at 5:30am without my consent without proper email or call to confirm.
                                  Whereas i had a PCR test appointment on 28 august 2021 at 3 pm.(After flight dep.)
                                  How can someone travel without a PCR first of all.
                                  And how can the airlines pre-pond the flight by them selfs without the passenger consent. Which gives us only 2 days to prepare for a family of 4.(including an Infant)
                                  I would accept if it was postponed will a confirmation call.
                                  Now when im trying to speak to the call center they don't speak properly and cannot solve the issue.
                                  I request you to give me a full refund or book a new flight for me for which i have already paid.

                                  The email sent to me on 25th August 2021 5:19pm does not show that my flight has been cancelled or moved forward or any such information that indicates me to call the customer care or draws my attention.
                                  They gave me only 33 hours to do my shopping, packing, do PCR and get the reports. How will that be even possible for a mother with 3 kids to do.

                                  Thus, it clearly shows the airlines fault to have such improper communication and to make the passengers suffer for that.

                                  I request and expect that the management would try to look into this case and solve this case ASAP to make a loyal customer.

                                  I request that i get my full refund or a new ticket from Sharjah to Mumbai for the same.

                                  I feel cheated and looted. And this will be my review of your flight for all my friends, family and colleagues.

                                  I hope you understand the situations here

                                      Sir I had booked myself & wife for a round trip Pune to Jammu on 16-17 Nov21 and return on 19 Nov21. I now believe that G8 176 scheduled to depart from PNQ to DEL at 2225 on 16 Nov21 will not be able to operate due to airport restrictions on operations only from 0800 to 2000 because of runway repair. This is being covered in national newspapers repeatedly including Times of India today. I have raised this issue with Go First through MMT but to no avail. May I request you to reschedule me and my wife by an earlier flight that day at 1930, which is before the cut off time of 2000.It will cause us senior citizens less stress from now till 16Nov, and above all it is the logical thing to do as non operational flights should not be offered to customers for booking. My booking reference is SC21PQ.
