Goair — charged twice for the same transaction

I have been charged twice for the seat selection charges during web-check-in for one of my clients.

The seat selection charge was INR 199/- which was deducted from my bank account on the first attempt but my transaction was declined by the airline (please refer to attachment for the screenshot). Thereafter, I have to make the payment again and this time it was successful, however, I have not got any refund for my declined transaction till now.

Please train your cabin crew with some manners. On my flight to delhi from hyderabad there was a girl name anjali. On the flight how can even you even hire these kind of people who don't have manners how to talk to people we are the corporates clients who keep traveling frequently. Go Air — baggage received in wet and damaged conditions

Dear all,

Please note that i have received my baggage in damaged conditions. I travelled from ahmedabad to kolkata vide flight no g8 0532 and received my baggage in damaged conditions. Same thing was highlighted to ground staff and got a revert that cargo staff doesn't take care of the bags. I have some fragile items in the bag and provided declaration at the time of check in at ahmedabad airport.
Such unprofessional attitude of the ground staff while handling bags with fragile tag is not acceptable. Made written complaint to the ground staff vide no - 1566713.

Goair — bag damaged

Hi have made a complain and send letter to go air regarding my baggage being damaged during my flight on 4th may from mumbai to bangalore. So far no calls or emails. Forgot replacing the bag not even sorry.
This shows much go air care for their customers. No wonder indigo has taken over. Next time if i have option i rather not travel in goair.
Thank you go air for making yur customers preferences easy not to choose you to fly...

Goair — luggage stuck in bangalore

I have booked flight tickets for my family from bangalore to ahmedabad in go air.

Date: 7th may, 2018

There was a power bank in the luggage and staff informed that they will send luggage in next flight post normal check. However i have not received my luggage neither i am getting any information about when i will receive it back.

Airport staff forcibly took my hand baggage and put in as chk in baggage and charged me for extra weight. Surprisingly they bargained on the extra weight cost which started from rs.2700 and came down to rs 1800 (Still don't know on what basis they charged). Staff took full advantage of me, a senior citizen traveling alone and behaved like a goon by forcibly snatching my hand baggage and putting as check-in baggage inspite of my repeated request. I have booked a ticket on 14 apr, 16 apr and 19 apr for traveling from guwahati to delhi, in first two date i tried to make payment through paytm gateway and in third date through master card payu all time payment has been deducted from my account but payment status was declined from go air, thereafter only one amount rs 4678 refunded to my account. When called to the customer care and asked, if jain meal was added to the respective pnr number, the executive said that there is no jain meal available, but when asked during the boarding time jain meal was available. Due to this there was alot of inconvinience caused. Please tell the executive to give the exact information about the flight details or the queries that are been asked by the by the passenger....

I has booked ticket on go airlines flight no:g8 - 262 for travelling date of 11th april 2018 from bhubaneswar to hyderabsd. The flight was cancelled due to some reasons. Hello, i would like to bring in to your notice that inspite of go air being the most preferred airlines it is the most uncooperative airline. I booked the ticket from bombay to goa (Round trip 26thapril - 29th april) for 4 passenger from my cellphone. And due to autocorrection feature of phone one of the name got misspelled and ticket got booked with misspelled name. The very next moment i called on to customers care no. Stating that i want to give the request for correction of name and i could give whatever proof needed for authentication. But the person refused to take the request stating there...
