Go Air — Flight delayed connecting air india flight missed

Myself, my spouse and my son travelled on 21 june 2014 from leh to delhi by go air flight g8-194, booking reference 7pos8j. This flight was delayed by 45 minutes, with the result, we missed our air india flight from delhi to mumbai ai-863. We therefore had to buyu new tickets for rs.30864.00. Our air india missed flight tickect cost was rs.12585.00. We had to pay rs. 18279.00 extra. I wrote several e-mails to go air but no response. Please help me to get my rs.18279.00.
