Go Air — Refund of ticket booking

I booked round tickets from third party portal (Make My Trip) having the same PNR for both the to and fro journey, PNR : K1IBRB . The round trip from Pune to Kolkata (scheduled for 20th March 2020) and the return journey was from Kolkata to Pune ((scheduled for 6th April 2020). I was able to complete my forward journey but due to nation wide lockdown I was not able to complete the round trip.

Its been more than 6 months but I still didnt get any refund for the other half of my journey. Nor was I able to reschedule.

Please look into this and provide options for refunding.

Hi Team,

I have received an invoice from Go Air. Can you please elaborate what that it means. Has the money been refunded or what. Please elaborate things...its very confusing.
