Go Air — Ticket Cancellation and refund duration | |||
I have booked a flight on 3rd of June 2021 for 7th of June with Go Air from Jammu to Bengaluru with PNR no. UY98WW on a third party portal named IXIGO. The airline cancelled the flight and I asked them to reschedule it to 8th of June 2021. Today again I got a mail and call from GO Air mentioning that the flight on 8th of June 2021 is cancelled due to operational issues. I had to travel to Bengaluru on urgent basis and airline cancelled my ticket twice and upon asking for refund they mentioned they will initiate it but it will take good 30 Days for me to get my refund in my account. This is sheer harassment on customer as first they cancelled it and then they are making a customer wait for 30 days for refund. I had to travel on urgent basis and cannot travel now as my refund is stuck with them. Request you to kindly take strict action on Airline company. Was this information helpful? | |||
