Go First Airline — Fraud - Refund not received from airline since May 2023

Full Description - I had booked a ticket from Varanasi-Bangalore in May 2023 from cleartrip with goFirst Airlines. Airlines had cancelled our ticket and did not refunded our amount till now (i.e. December 2024). Its a big fraud that the airline did with many flyers.

Resolution - My total amount was ₹13, 776, and till now did not received any communication from their end or from Cleartrip for refund. Cleartrip is keep saying that airline is not processing the refund.
