Reference to on line purchasing of Airfreight ticket Refence XERUGK and for Rs, 36, 645 dated 15-Feb-2023 the Internet banking payment declined as per Merchant mail. But the declined payment as per Bank State Bank of India informed as below.

ALSO attached Go First mail notified that the funder were not received. We We request you to contact your bank to dispute the record with them directly.

May I kindly request to make necessary arrangement to return back the debited amount to my NRE account.
