Go First — Loss of money and mental harassment

Hello,
We booked flight tickets at go air from bombay to jammu. Travel date was 13/07/2021 and timings were departure 10:05 am and arriving at 1:00 pm. We selected this flight because it was very convenient to reach airport at the given timings. We also booked railway tickets from kolhapur to mumbai. So, that we can reach airport. But, they rescheduled the flight and change timings from 6 am to 2 pm. Furthur, we were having business deals in jammu on 13/07/2021. But, we had huge loss of business deals and money because of the flight rescheduling. We also booked our furthur flights from jammu to ahmedabad. We had to cancel all our business trips because of their rescheduling. We called customer care for 6-8 times regarding this problems as well they kept us on hold on call for more then 1 hours they did this for 2 times after keeping us on hold for so long no one answered calls. We also sent email 3 times to them regarding this complaint but no one is reverting back. Because of their mistakes we had to face loss of all flight cancellations as well our business deals we had loss of 25 lakhs. I’m very disappointed with their behaviour against customer.
(There is no business because of covid situation and this airlines are making huge loss for us because of their mistakes)
