Go First — Transaction Amount debited through citrus gate payment way,but amount not received

I have made a payment through Citrus payment gateway.for an air ticket (Go air).Actually money is debited from my account.but ticketing gate way displayed some erro and also ticket is not booked.The amount is 804 Rupees..i took my bank statement same it is showing debited money to Goair through citrus payment gateway. i enquired about this payment details about go air. They said money is not credited their account..so here iam attaching the details of the transaction for your reference please kindly help me
