I saw an advertisement on face Book on 9th April 09, 2020 and I have paid Rs.2999.00 to go2shop.in by net banking on April 09, 2020 for the order #7316 (ViRo V3 Pro 13MP camera 4G Smartphone (Nitro Blue, 4GB RAM, 64GB Storage) [New Launch] × 1). I have requested go2shop by email on 29th April, 2020 regarding shipment of my order #7316. I have received an email stating that ' Hi Srinivas, we're getting your order ready to be shipped. We will notify you when it has been sent. you have any questions, reply to this email or contact us at rajavraman.[protected]@gmail.com' I have sent emails 8 times to reply regarding my order. there is no reply and I have not receive the order #7316 so far . I am 75 years old man. Please help me regarding my above order.
