GoAir — air ticket has been canceled by airline without any reason

Hi,

This is savita sinha, booed ticket via clear trip website and ticket was already confirmed for april 23rd, however received automated email and sms saying that our ticket has been canceled for no reason and going to be either refunded or rescheduled as per our preference. Now neither website is working nor customer care no, no is picking up the phone.

Please help we are in hung situation now not able to understand what is going to happen.

I have received one call today & informed that both sides booked flight has been cancelled & if you want reschedule or cancel you will call on same number but when called back on the number response that no is not exit. So kindly help please.

We need another alternate flight on same day if it is not possible please refund my full amount we will make schedule by another flight as earliest.

We have several tried on customer call center and Mumbai airway office also but not respond.
Please help we are in hung situation
