GoAir — airline cancelled ticket and no communication and refund provided | |
I have booked 3 tickets on different dates with go air airline, airline cancelled all my flights and now forcing me to reschedule fight on other date, i sent many emails to airline but no response from there side. As the flight is cancelled by goair not by customer they should return money back to me as per government rule Please find the detailed information for each flight Pnr number : t4ge5v blr to delhi (Originally booked on 20th june) The above mentioned flight was originally booked on 20th june first it was cancelled by airline and i didn't received any notification from them and then when i checked they have reschedule my flight on 15th sep again no notification from airline Pnr number : w7dskp: delhi to patna :booking for 2nd july The above mentioned flight booked for 2nd july first and now it was cancelled by airline and i didn't received any notification from them, when i was trying for web checkin then i came to know that flight has been cancelled as i have booked flights by easemytrip i asked for refund but they denied as they informed airline has denied the refund I have raised issues multiple time with airline but no response from them Ticket number : G[protected] G[protected] G[protected] G[protected] G[protected] This is nothing but harassing customer Was this information helpful? | |
