GoAir — refund of money of ticket which was cancelled by goair airlines on 11/04/2018

Date of purchase ;- 04/01/2018.
Schedule date of journey :- 13/05/2018.
Pnr j8us4q flight no. G8-605 from maa (Chennai) to ccu (Kolkata) for rs. 4893/- (Rupees four thousand eight hundred and ninety three only) in the name of prabir ranjan das & dally das through irctc.com by online banking.

But they have cancelled my booking on 11/04/2018 through sms. Till yet i have not received my above mentioned refund amount to my account.

Please arrange to refund the same amount to my account as early as possible.
