GoAir — bag damage caused by unprofessional handling by goair staff | |||
I am terribly disappointed and shocked the way goair has handled my bag for my flight (Pnr - m4652f) from chennai to chandigarh via ahemdabad on 25th nov 2019. My bag is an expensive samsonite bag and the brand is known for the sturdiness of its bags and this is a first in all my travels. For it to be dented/disfigured, the baggage handling should have been extremely unprofessional and poor from the goair team. The same was verified with their customer service executive's at chandigarh airport (Vikas kumar, senior cse and naveen kumar, senior cse) who took pictures of the damage to the bag and gave an assurance that immediate action would be taken in 48 hrs. It's been 15 plus days and despite sending multiple mails to goair (On [protected]@goair.in, [protected]@goair.in and [protected]@goair.in), calling their customer care to resolve this issue, they haven't even bothered to respond.
