GoAir — Cancellation done by the airline | |||
It is the responsibility of airline to rebook the flight. Why should i pay extra? Plus no information has been given how the refund is going to be processed. This is such a bad attitude towards customers. Airline has to be reliable. Plus customer care numbers are always busy. What do you expect people to do?
