GoAir — credit shell refund

I had made a booking through paytm on 26th may 2020 for a goair flight. The flight was cancelled and since then, i have been trying to contact paytm and goair. I have not received any update nor any solution. I am unable to use the credit shell option, neither have i got the refund amount.

Updated by mundaaditya I had made a booking through PayTm on 26th May 2020 for a GoAir Flight. The flight was cancelled and since then, I have been trying to contact Paytm and GoAir. I have not received any update nor any solution. I am unable to use the credit shell option, neither have I got the refund amount. GoAir is not responding to the calls. I have been making endless number of calls and holding for hours.
