GoAir — Flight ticket refund of 3 people not issued since July 10th 2020

I had booked three tickets with GoAir for 10th July 2020. The flight got cancelled just after completing the virtual check-in with no reason & just a mail the PNR can be re-used within one year. Now that corvid has hit so bad I am not travelling I want my money back. I had also posted a complaint on twitter & they said they would process a refund but nothing happened. Please refund the money back its our hard earned money. Please help
