GoAir — Go air-Refund not issued | |
I Kameshwar Prasad Singh had booked a flight from Bangalore to Patna on 16th February, 2020 with PNR No.RFHH8R (Go Air )-Travelling Date on 11th April, 2020 in Ixigo website, since the flight was cancelled due to the lock down but i did not receive the refund from your end till date. I have also informed to the respective airlines and Ixigo that i don't have travel plans in near future due to current covid-19 situation. As per DGCA Guidelines refund to be issued within 15 days from October 7, 2020 but still there is no communication neither from the airlines nor from ixigo. Was this information helpful? | |
