Lost one of two luggage at while commuting from hyderabad to patna g8515 (Pnr-gcpy7h) dated 13th august, 2018. Just to raise this issue at patna airport after my luggage did not appear at the belt, i had to wait for more than an hour just to see anyone from the airline. Even after they came they seem to be very adamant on not helping and reluctant to raise this issue. Goair has been totally reluctant so far in resolving the issue and were totally insensitive towards the lost item. Unprofessional behavior, insensitive behavior towards customer sentiments and problems. Was this information helpful? | |||

This is ridiculous, I faced similar issues with Indigo and they immediately helped me with my luggage, they noted my details and delivered the luggage to my place the next day. If Go Air does not do the same to ease the customer’s complain, we must avoid traveling with them from next time.
