GoAir — money debited while paying for seats while doing web check-in | |
The issue is regarding my travel on 21st September, 2019 from Mumbai to Ahmedabad. I sent grievance mail On September 25th, 2019 and haven't received any response or help so far. Automated generated service request number - G[protected] Detailed Issue: While doing web checkin, I had to make payment for seat selection, for which the transaction failed twice. I was using Paytm Wallet transaction mode. As per your call support team instruction, I checked the issue with Paytm support and they responded back asking for non-receipt confirmation for the two order IDs. Was this information helpful? | |
