GoAir — my full refund required urgently

I booked my flight on goair on 21st may 2020 after the govt of india (Ministry of civil aviation) announcement of opening the skies again for domestic airlines on 20th may 2020. The flight was g8321 from mum-del route. From 30th may, i had been continuously trying to reach airlines & also putting all efforts to do web check-in as it is made now mandatory to get access to airport terminal (As web check-in it starts 72 hrs before the actual departure) but neither there was any customer care support available nor the web check-in was happening. It all added to the grave panic. Finally, after slogging for 72 hrs, i received an email from airline stating the flight is canceled & you were given pnr credit to rebook your flight as & when you want again without paying any rescheduling charges. And again it was just an email, no actual pnr credit was issued as i had tried for the next 48 hrs non-stop, finally as my traveling was urgent so i booked another flight to reach my destination & to date this pnr credit by goair is not generated. They are fooling customers to just sending empty emails. Their operations have started but no customer service is available to date. You just keep calling on different numbers but they never bother to pick up your call. Even the platform yatra.com (Aggregator) has no customer support at all but taking all bookings & allowing customers to suffer & bleed. I do not require any pnr credit now so i have already started the process of a full refund on yatra.com but it has been again 50 hrs since no update on that as well. Writing, writing & writing emails to both & calling, calling & calling but all falling on deaf ears. They have no rights to impose customers to take pnr credit to customers if not interested in that as there was no such term mentioned while making this booking through yatra or with airline. I need my full refund urgently & asap. Please support & take necessary action to safeguard our interest & money & help me to get my full refund back in my card account.
