GoAir — Not getting ticket Cancellation Refund | |||
Hi, This is Arindam Mitra I booked one ticket from Bangalore to Kolkata on 26 June 2020 and cancelled the ticket on very next day (on 27th June). GoAir told me it I will get the refund within 7 days but unfortunately I didn't get refund within 7 days.. I called their Customer care after 7 days they are telling they have initiated but they don't know when I will get it.. I am requesting the refund ASAP. I also attached the ticket photo.
