GoAir — not giving refund

Kindly note i have booked a flight through goair of 1st june under pnr no. Q7qjhm from mum-del, the flight got cancelled by airline at last hours & the customer (Means myself) has no information till i banged my head. Aftwards, they assured me of generating pnr credit immediately to re book my flight. I accepted that also but 72 hrs were gone, no pnr credit was available, only received a fake/ bogus/ empty email from goair stating "you can now rebook your flight with pnr credit" but when i tried, it was nothing credited. As my traveling was urgent so i immediately booked another flight & reached my destination. Afterwards, it has been now 60days almost, i am chasing goair for my full refund. I have written 100 emails, msgs on fb, twitters etc but neither their customercare dept responds nor senior team of goair. It seems, they are cheating their customers badly as 60days are enough to generate full refund. Sometimes they come up with trivial excuses such as as dgft did not approve to fly that flight. If dgft did not approve that flight how come goair or their aggregator yatra.com was taking booking of that or those flights, why those flights were flashing on their platforms?? It's not customer's fault. I have booked & i have paid fully so they need to refund as per the norms of civil aviation. Then lately they pushed for taking pnr credit for future but that is not required, as neither i am going to travel again through that segment during this pandemic situation, nor it would same number of passengers, therefore, i have been requesting & requesting so far to them to give my full refund back but it seems all my grievances are falling on deaf ears. Please help urgently to safeguard our interest & impress upon the airline to give my refund asap. Even they have sent me a full refund credit note on 21st june 2020 but to date, no actual amt is credited in my account. It was all fake & scam.
