I had booked 2 tickets from delhi to ahmedabad with pnr w5smqf for 22 december 2019 . However it was informed to me on arriving the airport that the go air flight g8-719 has been cancelled. I had asked the go air executive to initiate the refund process and executive confirmed that full amount will be refunded to my travel agent site Happyeasygo.com. However i have not received the refund amount as confirmed by the travel agent. Was this information helpful? | |
