GoAir — Refund not received for the flight cancelled during lockdown

PNR U9VVTW, travel date - 20/05/2020, Jaipur to Bengaluru, two Adults and 2 child, GoAir Flight G8-1807, booked through cleartrip using HDFC smartBuy option.

Inspite of our regular follow ups, GoAir has not refunded the amount INR 15920. The flight was cancelled as it was during lockdown. We are entitled for 100% refund. Function for what we were invited by my relatives is not going to happen again so there is no meaning of rescheduling of travel. Also we are not in the position to take this financial burden in the crisis. Need urgent assistance on this pls.
