GoAir — refund of ticket pnr: u8nkxz

My flight of the date : 18/8/2019 from leh to ahmedabad (Via delhi) was cancelled due to bad weather conditions.
On the 18. Aug, 2019 i have approached to the ticket window at leh air port for give me new dates but they they are offering me the ticket of 22nd aug, 2019 they are not listen any of my argument. I dont have money to stay for further 4 days and also i have problem with my leave
For the cancellation and refund i have done following correspondence with goair.

Today is 13, sep, 2019 yet i have not received any refund.
