Dear Sir/ Madam, Iam writing this in reference to my Refund request / service request G[protected] dated 08 December 2020. The booking was from Delhi to Port Blair (IXZ) made via happyeasygo.com, they have asked me contact airlines but after generation of service request no further communication in this regard occurred. 2. The flight was cancelled from your end only one day prior to departure which compelled me take ticket on short notice and at a very high rate. This resulted me in a huge monetary losses. Further, Goair hasn't refunded me the amount till date after 33 days of cancellation of my booking. 3. It is therefore requested that refund amount may please be refunded via electronic channel as early as possible. Thanking you in anticipation Happy New Year Sandeep Singh.
