Hi team. Requesting you to please help me with the pnr details as i had to book trip. Previously had book ticket from my elder brothers account but due to some issue requested for the cancellation and recently received msg that you can book a trip with the refund amount. Which i am not able to use while booking the ticket. Requesting you to please have a check and provide the details as i called in the cs but no body is responding and its keep on ringing.
