Surname need to be changed i have booked a ticket by mistake surname was wrongly typed or cancel the ticket and refund the full amount will issue again with correct name. Booking sector - jaipur to cochin Date of travel - 2/5/2020 Booking date - 4/2/2020 Aviation ministry had issued a press release that we can cancel within 24hours of booking without any cancellation charges. I received a mail from goair that my flight has been cancelled and I can either opt for full refund or reschedule an alternate flight a day before or after which will be not charged for. They provided us with 2 numbers to call on. But the goair customer care service is not picking up any calls. This is so disappointing.
