GoAir — Surname change in ticket

I am writing this to request you to kindly change surname of a passenger among 4. The flight ticket is booked through MakeMytrip and the PNR is QCQHVN. She is travelling along with her parents. Her name should be changed from Kiran Mehta to Kiran Kumari.
