I am prakash kumar chandra. I have booked a ticket patna to delhi which pnr is - o4wf4s. But by my mistake in ticket sector in wrong fill and ticket booked for delhi to patna.. I discuss with customer care and they chnge sector in ticket with same pnr with penalty 2714 rupees... I request to go air please correct my ticket without penalty i am not able to give penalty and sorry for my mistake. If the ticket is not recovered without penalty, i will not be able to travel this way, so return my money.
