GoAir — Transaction failure but amount deducted from my credit card account | |||||
Hi, I have made a transaction on 24th may, 2017 through cirtus payment gateway to book flight ticket from go air website using my citi bank credit card. After completed the transaction, "transaction failure" message was shown, but the ticket fare 23, 585.00 was deducted from my credit card account which is now reflecting in my internet banking site.
