GoAir — unfair denial of boarding on flight

Sir, my sister baijayanti rout was scheduled to travel from kolkata to bhubaneswar at 09.55 with pnr no. H3ug9f as connecting flight from ahmedabad to bhubaneswar. She was discharged 2 days before from medical due to some helath problem. She was feeling very weak. The problem was that she didn't have a printout of web check-in ticket. And she had just landed in kolkata at 09.10. She requested many times to the official for letting him to check in. Whereas other airlines like indigo usually accept soft copy of web check in. The name of official was priyanka reddy. I request to take legal action against her and full refund to him.
