[Resolved] GoAir — Yatra go air mess up | |
I am done a booking for me(khushbu Agrawal) & Sidharth Dey sarkar(My son) from yatra .com and the Airline PNR is GNNZ02 and Yatra PNR is[protected] I have again done a booking for my Sister Priti Agrawal and the booking went through fine . But when i got an email. Saw that the booking is done for khushbu Agrawal instead of Priti Agrawal.Airline PNR is Airline PNR LA5NCD and yatra PNR is[protected]. I called up Yatra immediately. They told might be some glitch happened and they are not sure and its the airline who can help me right now. They connected me to airline but just after talking for few seconds the call got disconnected. I again called Go air, they are telling they cannot issue a full refund. i asked them to connect to supervisor but he is so busy that he is keeping me on hold yet. Do i need to call or email anybody in high authority. My questions are below 1.Why would i have done same booking for the same flight for the same person twice? Go airline is not willing to help the passengers in those small cases. this was the first time, i booked this airline ticket and faced pathetic issues. Very horrible. However, We have contacted the airline and they approved the full refund due to dupe booking. Refund is under process and it will take 2-5 working days to reflect in your account.
