Godaddy India — Godaddy Account transferred to someone else without any notification | |||||
Worst security ever seen. My brother Vivek Kumar ([protected]@gmail.com) had booked around 30 domains from godaddy for different events. Almost a month before event, someone Pooja Sharma from chandigarh has transfered the account on her/his name (contact is visible as Laxman tiwari on truecaller). And in this process godaddy didn't care to send a message to authenticate. We got email after transfer of account. Is this the security process that someone steals your account and you recieve a mail later. After We contacted Godaddy they told to wait for 5 days. After 5 days Godady India support people are saying they can not do anything. Godaddy USA support is not even helping, rather asking different different question. We have given each and every detail to them instead of sorting out the matter they are just wasting time. If this not helping the culprit, then what does this mean. All the efforts of a year is now waste as the access to account has been transferred. I will make sure not even me, any of my known never uses this crap service full of arrogant people.
