Godrej Appliances — 10 E-laptop safe Not working and no spare parts in Goa | |
Please note your technician has come on-site seen the faulty e-laptop safe which PCB board was not working and 2 of them keypad was not working ... its been more than 7 working days its not been fixed yet for complaint ID 1. P[protected] None of them are fixed to date only a service fee of 600 per unit has been charged What kind of service we are dealing with where spare parts for even a few unit of the same product ex e-laptop safe are not kept in store ??? I am opening my business after 18 months hence I got more than 10 e-laptop safe found damaged. I run a busines www.villacalangute.com having 70 rooms and 70 unreliable customer services safe of Godrej ... where customers need the safe daily ... if you are not able to provide fixing the issue quickly how can I rely on Godrej Safe in the future ...
