Hello sir, , am purchased godrej eon refrigerator on jun 2021..
frdige not power intake onnrefrigerator, , pls clear tha issue at this refrige

We bought 5 Split 1.5 ton 3 star AC's from Godrej Company and we provided them our own Outdoor stands and labour to install but instead of that also we were asked to pay 200 each for ac even though we installed on our own. And were been told that if you won't pay we will not install indoor ac also. Pathetic service and rude people.Now we have been told if we won't pay we will have to face consequences. Even we are installing on our own we have to pay for the amount what kind of behaviour is this.

I purchased a Godrej Double door refrigerator in 2020. From one month, it is in dead condition, I complained to Godrej customer care [protected] on 09th april, without resolving the issues, they closed my complain. I again booked complain on 21st april, again closed my complain by Godrej without confirming me, I again booked my complain on 29th april but till now not resolved the issue.
Now I am thinking why I purchased from Godrej company instead of Samsung, whirlpool etc. Anyone can imagine that in this summer season how
I'm felling after investing so much amount in this Refrigerator.
I request to Godrej company, if possible, Please return my money and take your refrigerator.

I have been complaining about the service issue of my washing machine that i purchased through Amazon with three years of warranty. Within a year the drum started showing problem while spinning. Twice the service was done but issue wasnt resolved. I have been complaining to the service centre as well as Customer care but havent received any solution yet. I am unable to use the product as it makes lots of noise and started damaging its body.

I have a small refrigerator that i bought on 16 nov 2021 and now the cooling is too low the technician told this is waste and it is for only liquid items i used it for vegetable also but now the cooling is too less
i got irritated now i just want to return this product now i cant suffer and tolerate this much

We have purchased a refrigerator of your company model no. REF RD EDGE PRO 190PD 4.2 (DC WINE SPRING 4 *)# 47170 on 7/5/2018 from M/s Bismi Appliances, Kaloor, Ernakulam, Kerala. The refrigerator showed complaint and was not working on 6/4/20222. This was informed to the Godrej customer care on the same date. The technician came and attended the complaint and gave us a estimation for Rs.8054/- as repair charges including compressor cost. The refrigerator was under 5 year compressor warranty and this was informed to the technician. But they insisted that we should pay the amount and collected Rs.8054/- for servicing the refrigerator.

This was shocking and a very bad experience to us. We have lossed all the faith in Godrej company due to the bad act of the company authorized service center M/s IDEAL,
Kaloor, Ernakulam, Kerala.
In the above circumstances, we request you to immediately take action in our issue and refund the amount collected from us. Purchase Invoice and Service Bill attached here with.

I brought a washing machine from Amazon on 1st maarch 2022 and it was delivered on 5th march 2022, the installation team from godrej visited on 6th March 2022 and installation was done on 7th March 2022 due to unavailability of drainage pipe, the installation was done and then the technician did not check the machine is okay or not as he was in a hurry to leave. When I checked the washing machine and used it for a couple of times it was not working fine and the problem started from day 1 . The drum started colliding with the body while spinning, it started vibrating vigorously and displaced from its position and fell on my mother causing injury in her hand. I booked a service from godrej customer service and my service request was acknowledged immediately, the technician after examining the machine told that some parts need to be changed and he told he would bring those parts in a couple of days. I waited, after a couple of days another technician from godrej came with some parts and installed them but could not solve the problem. He still tried to install the parts multiple times (almost 5-6 times) but still the drum was colliding with the body vigorously. He told me that the parts that he brought were not in par with the model number and he would bring the correct spare parts after a couple of days. After 5-6 days, the date was 25.04.2022 the technician again visited with new spare parts and installed them in the michine, but the issue was still not resolved, the vibration was even more intensified the technician gave an excuse that the spare parts was not correct. The technician came again after a couple of days and still he could not fix it, I felt like he was not competent to fix the issue. I was very angry as he kept to telling the same excuse, I told him you make sure you bring the right parts next time, he took another 10 days to bring the spare parts. This time when the technician called to visit, I was out of station and i returned after a couple of days. The technician visited this Monday and finally accepted that the could not fix the problem and told that he would take the machine to the service centre and fix it in 1 day . It has been more than 4 days now but still the issue is not resolved. I am calling the service centre more than 5 times everyday but they are not responding .

This shows how unprofessional and incompetent the service technicians of godrej company are . I want full enuiry on this case and i also want compensation from godrej.

Washing machine dryer not working . Not good service of godrej .

I lost my invoice of godrej ac which was purchased in 2018. Now I want to claim warranty for the product.

The fire started coming on top of the fridge body suddenly before meeting any blast or fire accidents we found smell of burning and fire immediately we offed it the fridge I am using this Godrej refrigerator from past 7 years I had a today experience as scary and harmful for our life fro. My senior aged parents had purchased godrej semi automatic washing machine model WS EDGE 700 CT. The drier motor is not working and is covered under warranty. They have been complaining for last couple of years and every time service engineer comes and says his senior will come and close the complaint. i had also complained a few days back against complaint number P[protected] and again the same result. Hence please help as mother with back and knee problems is rinsing and drying the clothes with great difficulty manually as the washing machine is not working. Hii sir / ma'am recently I have bought godrej air conditioner of 1 ton. For ambernath west. And for installation I got a call from godrej so when mechanic visited at my home they said that installation charges is rs .1200 and stand fitting charges is 300. Because I have bought the stand already. And extra 8 foot Cooper wire will be required so for that 1 foot charge is 300 rs and for 8 foot its around rs.2400. so my total cost was coming rs 3900.
So I refused to install and I call a mechanic from out side he charge me installation charges 800 and stand fitting 200 and guess what no extra copper wire was required. The 10 foot that I got from my kit it was enough.

I have a complaint against godrej service centre which one is located in ambernath west. This same air conditioner my friends also bought on same day. the day I bought we stays in same building and we bought the same air conditioner also. but he was charged 1000 for installation. And for me it was 1200 I don't know why there is differentiate between customers.

So I have done the installation from outside not from the godrej. Because they were charging me for nothing. And i got a call from service centre [protected] I explained her the situation and she told me that you have installed from outside so we are cancelling your warranty.

Is this is fare .? I'm asking from godrej.?
How can u charged 3 to 4times Higher then the market rate.i installed my ac in rs. 1000 and your mechanic was charging me rs.3900 seriously 😳.

Hardly 10 days when I brought refrigerator and after before 5day it was installed. From that day we are facing issue with cooling even in summer mode it's taking 5-6hr to make ice. Sometimes it's getting off automatically light inside the refrigerator is on but not cooling at all insight the freezer all i can see is water. Raised this complain many a time but technician not ready to help us. He is saying that "it's might be due to voltage" When there is no voltage issue all other system are working fine. And word of surprise is that on refrigerator is written that it has stabilizer free operation. It's simply waste of money. Very very poor experience this is I'll never recommend any one to buy anything from godrej. The service also very poor. The support team literally arguing over the call and saying technicians decision will be final decision whether issue get resolved or not. If refrigerator is failing to make ice then what is the use of a refrigerator. Please return is.

We need the glass of godrej fridge which is on vegetable box.

I have purchased one godrej refrigerator 31 mar 2022, it got delivered on 02 Apr 2022. But once I unpack the product, see that was a damaged product i received. I already communicated the same to godrej customer care and also the retailer "ananda mela" Bardhaman. But still I did not receive any update for that.
I need my product to be replaced asap.

Thanks for the revert of our concern,
main issue is the time period of the cooling gas problem i.e. around in which company whether small or big the cooling gas of a.c. becomes nil in one & half year approx,
also the first a.c. which We buy on 30/05/20 has the gas issue in new sealed pack which was later replaced by Godrej company in July 2020 ( its the same a.c. which we are discussing about),
Brand new a.c. works Around 4-5 years of any company & we never heard about cooling gas problem in next year or 2nd year.
Its the second a.c. of Godrej Company in my home which has the cooling Gas problem as well as We have 4-5 more A.C. in our home which has no complain of cooling Gas IN FIRST, SECOND OR EVEN THIRD, FOUTH YEAR OF all Major & small Brands Also.
So its a request from Godrej Company & its Service Dealers to look out the comlaint personally that after buying a branded product of Godrej Company if we need to pay again a extra amount to fill the cooling Gas which is not the fault of customer Rather the product is not upto the Standard which the normally all brand are Making in INDIA ., then its a total loss to the consumer & also stands a question on the Quality & Customer Service of Godrej Company,
