Hi Team,

Our Godrej Topload washing Machine is under AMC. It was diagnosed with LEAD SWITCH not working and need replacement. We raised K[protected] for the issue. Which was closed without any information. When we were trying to follow up, then we learned it was closed without information. We raised another ticket K[protected]. Its been more than a month no one showed up at our house or even made a call. We already called them multiple times but they just give dates and does nothing. Recently they started behaving rudely. I dont understand we paid so for the AMC to get insulted like this. Never seen such behavior for any other company.

Very Pathetic customer care service. The Name Godrej is totally on toss. Feels disgusted by keeping trust on this big name and buying washing machine. Shameless people. No one turned up to check the Machine inspite of several complaints. Shame on you GODREJ for being so Awful service provider

    Sir, I am Dr Santosh Senapati from Malkangiri, I had purchased a Godrej Eon AC in the year 2015, but now it's not working. I had contacted the customer care and the technician had paid me a visit, did the inspection, but still my AC has not been repaired yet. Sir, I regret to inform you that it's a shame and matter of concern, if a old customer like me is not getting due service. So I request you to look into the matter and take due steps to resolve this issue.

            I am very sorry to say that no proper servicing for godrej digi edge refrigerator. I have purchased godrej Digi Edge 210 ltrs refrigerator on October, 2017 at hyderabad Bajaj electronics, LAKDIKAPUL Branch. On 20th, July I lodged a complaint at customer care that the fridge is not coming to fast free mode from chilled. The service boy Mr. IRFAN, mobile [protected] attended and charged Rs. 2500/- Again the same fault repeated by25th, August customer care advised me to repot to the same service man, but no response from him. It is very bad and irresponsible. If no proper servicing what is the use of purchase godrej refrigerator. It is very very bad o[censored]r brand image.

            Till today there is no response. We appreciate immediate action on this.

                The request is that I am writing this complaint from Gill electronics (Prop Harpreet singh [protected] vpo kakrala teh samana distt patiala punjab[protected]Dealer of godrej product)). I had lodged a complain of my custmer Jaspal Singh so amrik singh vill gazipur po kulvursha teh samana distt patiala punjab.the refrigerator on 23/09/2021. His complaint number is 980273. refrigerator sale date is 30/10/2020. The refrigerator is under warranty..The engineer of your company came to the customer's house today to repair the refrigerator, he refused to repair the refrigerator. He said that there is no Gst number in the refrigerator bill, I consider the bill invalid. He did not repair the refrigerator. The engineer closed the complaint and terminated the 10 year motor warranty of the refrigerator. The mechanic demanded Rs. 700 from the customer to repair the fridge. The engineer's warranty was terminated on the refusal of the customer to not pay. in 2020 due to the Corona time all shops are close for 8 month.The mechanic also said that the serial number of the refrigerator is from the previous year.Now when one year is not sold any product because the shop was close from administration, the serial number will be the same as the old year.Please answer me that the godrej
                company does not even follow government rules. If my complain not resolved in this regard, I will go to consumer court. thanks

                    I, Sri Ramkrishna Ray, Kuikota, Midnapore, Paschim Medinipur, West Bengal-721101. I have a Godrej EON Washing Machine. In January, 2019 the machine is not working properly and complain to godrej customers services for repairing. Your Kharagpur Service Centre Godrej ( Smart Care), 16/13/03, Inda, Panchberia, Kharagpur, Paschim Medinipur, West Bengal send technician and told me that drainage motor did not working properly and it should be changed. They take away the machine in above service centre on 21.01.2019 but till date they did not back the machine. I have many times call them but not any satisfactory answer about repair and return the machine. Please follow the matter. I attached the Service Order Copy for your verification.

                      I had an issue with my fridge cooling so I contacted you for the same. Your representative came the next day and informed that we need to replace the sensor ) fan for which he has charged 3450 + 350. but after this the frige has started making incredible noise as he has xhnged the fan to an older used one which he got it from some old frige also has taken the old parts and brought the same thing back stating its the new one.He said due to covid ko situation we will receive the bill in whats app which we never did and now he is not receiving the calls. This is my fist and the last request to get it resolved and refund my money back asap else Ill need to take legal action upon it if I dont get any response within 2 working days.Below is the screen shot for the payment done to him

                        Sub.: Grievances regarding exorbitant installation charges by the agency S. K. Enterprises.

                        Sir, I would like to bring your kind notice that I bought an AC on Amazon vide Invoice No. SDEG-86487 dt.23.08.21 for value 27, 999/- with nominal installation charges of 999/-( Declaring that Rated No.1 in after sales service).

                        But on the Installation side, the authorized agency reached for installation without giving any prior list of charges for installation of AC to the domestic consumer. The agency do not have any ladder for fitting the outdoor unit.

                        For installing AC, I have paid Rs. 4, 103/- to the agency S. K. Enterprises as per the bill enclosed. The charges are very high to any domestic users.

                        In view of the above, it is requested you to kindly arrange me a refund of Rs.1050/- towards installation charges charged twice.

                              I had bought a refrigerator about 6 months back and it has problems from the very first day. Several times technicians of godrej have come but were not competent enough to solve the problem as of date. Kolkata head office does not give any response and just postpones the date. Please look into this matter and solve it .

                                Installation

                                Bought a new godrej fridge for 33000, full cash paid 3 days before, after delivery they took a day time to install. Technician do not have proper equipment to install. Only was 2 minutes to install. We only did all unpacking. He was watching u tube videos. Stabilizer dint give output he said this is the start button and went off in two minutes.                                 Dear Customer Care Team, I have purchased double door freeze from Nashik center around 1 month back. We observed that the vegetables are over cooled and become black in colour. Once it is black in colour we can’t use and need to through it as waste.Rite from the beginning we are facing this issue and could not store vegetables in the box provided. I want you to attend the complaint and resolve on priority. Your online Customer care number is not working properly and can’t complete the process.

                                  Dear Sirs
                                  Purchased 1 ton AC 0n 15.07.2020 for Rs. 22200.00 & also took AMC for 48 months for which I paid Rs. 5900/- as proposed by the Mr Rajeev Gupta from Sector 63 Noida. Since AC was not cooling so I made a complaint on 03.09.2021 with complaint no.841144 & the person came next day & told gas has been leaked so it will go to the company. I told him I have two Voltas ACs, those people even changed coil along with gas at my home only but he did not reply for it & went away.
                                  On 6th two employees of Godrej (one person named Sarwan) took away my AC and on asking they informed it will come tomorrow. I rang up to Mr Gupta and requested him to get the work done at the earliest who told me he will see to it but of no use. Next day when AC did not come I again rang up to Mr. Gupta twice but he did not pic. I contacted customer care & got the no. of Mr Bharwaj who heard me & told me he will revert back to me after 5 minutes but unfortunately I am still waiting for his phone call.
                                  On 9.9.21 Mr. Sarwan gave me a call at 3 pm informing he will come at about 4 pm when he did not come till 6.30 pm I rang him up ask the reason for not coming then he narrated a story I am in Vaishali & my vehicle is also out of order so I cannot come today, it was really painful to have such a behaviour of employees of a reputed company like Godrej. These type of employees should be taken to the task for defaming the organisation & not giving respect to the valuable customer at this hard time & more over this is not the season (peak) time.
                                  Ultimately on 10th Sept 21 AC was received after complete 07 days. My requests why making customers fool by such a unwanted behaviour & reasons for delay & also reasons for not responding of calls may also be enquired. Co. may see what to do such type of employees.
                                  Customers have options to complaint against such things at other forums also including social media.
                                  I hope company may definitely go through it & feedback may be provided to me.

                                      In July 2021 I had complained about touchpad not working and my appliance is under AMC the company sent the technician and he informed that the touch pad is not covered under AMC and I will have to pay 523 rs to replace it which I did, but after replacement also the issue is not resolved the technician informed that it should work after some time which it did not, I again lodged a complaint on 25th August 2021 this time à lso the technician informed that touch pad is faulty and told that it is covered under AMC which was strange because previously I paid for the touchpad.
                                      He replaced the touchpad under AMC but again same issue then he told that he will send a senior technician who came after 2 days this senior technician was the same person who had replaced the touchpad in July.
                                      He also tried with another touchpad (3rd time) but same issue after that they left without informing any details
                                      Then I received a call from vasai service center by a person called urmila and she informed me that she will arrange a person to collect the microwave and bring it to their workshop which is on 3rd of September and iam still waiting for the person to arrive when I called her back on 7th September she is giving lame excuses like person not available to commute by train. Please look into the matter and resolve my issue.
