I am anuj kumar singh . I had purchased new brand AC from SARGAM electronics SCO-311, Sec-29, huda Shopping center, GURGAON Haryana-122002 at[protected]. During installation time AC remote, AC key pad panel, Swing panel is not working . Can you please replace my AC ? I can't accept defected Air conditioner (AC).

godrej company from the local dealer pretek soni staying in Ambedkar colony Shanti nagar Jabalpur.Till not several telephonic calls have
been made but he has not given the orginal invoice and the details of finance to me

Repair to Split Air conditioner

Water had started dripping from my split air conditioner. I registered a complaint with Godrej with the Complaint Number D[protected] on Saturday, 31/7/2021. A technician visited my residence on 2/8/2021, checked the Split Air Conditioner and stated that the Condenser Coils need replacement and gas has to be refilled as gas would leak out while replacing the Condenser Coils. He gave an estimate of Rs.8, 000/- for the repair work and collected Rs.2, 000/- in advance on 2/8/2021. On 3/8/2021, he came again and carried out repairs and collected the balance Rs.6, 000/-. Despite my insistence to leave the old replaced parts, he took them away stating it was the company's property as the company had given me a discount of Rs.500/-. On both occasions, he furnished me a cash receipt on the letter head of Magic Technologies, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi.

2. However, as water dripping started again, I tried to contact Magic Technologies at the numbers indicated on its letterhead on which the technician had furnished his cash receipts. The landline number indicated therein does not exist. For the call on the mobile number, there was no response.

3. After my mail, Godrej Technicians visited my house and rechecked the split air conditioner. They found that the outlet pipe for the water was choked and hence water was dripping inside. The outlet pipe was cleaned and dripping of water has stopped.

4. Thus, it is seen that there was no problem with the Condenser Coils. Thus, the replacement of Condenser Coils and filling of gas was not called for and I was made to unnecessarily pay Rs.8, 000/-. I, therefore, requested Godrej to deduct the charges payable for cleaning of choked outlet pipe from Rs.8, 000/- already collected from me and refund the balance amount to me. There has been no response from Godrej yet

I am based in Kerala and have spent more than 10 days with a complaint in my refrigerator and none of the technicians have responded, inspite of saying that the refrigerator is o[censored]tmost importance to keep medicines for my father who has just undergone surgery and is recovering at home. On the 10th day I was contacted by a technician who was very rude. I need to file a formal complaint against the technicians here and want to know the best way to do it. This is highly unprofessional and very irresponsible.

It causes many problems like compresser is not working, freezer is not working due to this all food items are destroyed.

I would like to inform you, i have raised a querry on[protected], problem of refrigerator 165 ltr., penta cool model, your representative will come and inspect and he is told to replace of 2 items, he charged for rs.2600/-.

I have paid rs.2600/-, bill not given he is told bill will come through e mail, still we have not received bill from them & not lifting our calls.

Gate not fix

My Godrej EON+ inverter is not working.
Actually, display doesn't show up

We would like to bring to your notice regarding my Godrej AC 1.5 Ton complain No. G[protected] placed on 02 and Aug and technician visit on 04rth Aug after repeated requests but till date complain not rectified as the AC is having gas leakage issue as detected by your technician.Mail and repeated complaints has been placed to Godrej call centre and respective mail ID but no action till date.

My washing machine is damaged, I complained on August 5. I got a call from the technician on August 5. I sent the photo of the washing machine. I told you when will you come, I waited on August 6, he did not come, then I did it on Saturday But the technician's phone is not reaching, the technician's name is Shahab Ansari.

I have bought a godrej eon convertible refrigerator in Feb'21. Since I bought it there are issues. It's freezer doesn't makes ice but the lower portion has lot of ice which destroys freshness of vegetables and even I'm milk we find ice. I have made almost 7 complaints. Every time a mechanic or an engineer visit they do something and assure that it will be fine but nothing happens. They adjusted gasket, sensors, temperature, fan setting but it's becoming worser. It seems a total wastage of my hard earned money. Even when I contacted an area manager he said we will send a senior engineer or a trainer but no one has yet come. I believe they are just waiting for the warranty to be over. The last engineer assured that they will replace it on 2 occassions but no one does it. I believe I was mis sold the faulty product. Some of my complaint reference numbers are
D[protected], D[protected], D[protected], D[protected]. These complaints were closed from your end without being resolved. I feel I am being harrassed and penalized for buying your product. It may force me to complain it to consumer court if no resolution is provided. I want this fridge to be replaced with another model

I have raised too many complaints for service of my home air conditioners. But no callback from Godrej received or no executive have visited my home. I have raised my first complaint on 15th July. My whole family is suffering a lot due to heat. I have AMC for my ACs.

1. I bought Refrigerators on 05 Nov 2017. Now its not working (not
cooling), Your technicians visited and couldn't sort out this issue.He
needs cash memo and denied to carryout the services without cashmemo,
namely franchise contact person -MD. Salim Javed, Munger Bihar, 811201.
But i have loss my bill for warranty claim. Pls give me duplicate
bill. I bought the item from Hari Electronics, Gulzar Pokher, Munger,
Bihar, Pls mail me the duplicate bill for continue warranty process.

2. Same query raised to Customer Service support to sort out the
issues of duplicate bill and status of warranty and Guarantee details
with refrence of prodcut serial number:[protected]DR01462, your call
center people neither the provide the proper solution nor the customer
service gave proper response rather enrolling customer to handle by
themselves. Being a reputed brand, we never expect such kind of poor
customer service.Its really pathetic..Request to sort out my issue at
the earliest.

3. In view of the above, It is requested that issue of duplcate bill

I am really fade up with the performance of a brand new Ac installed in my office chamber (Split AC, 2 ton inverter model). Within the warranty period, it broke down several times. We made several complaints and after the attending the same it was found that there was gas leakage from external unit as well as there was problem in sensing the circuit in the internal unit. Then they replaced the same circuit and repaired the gas leakage. Now after 1 week again the same problem of not cooling we find. It is really horrible experience to me after having a brand new AC from a branded company like Godrej. Now we request you to replace the AC immediately, as it is beyond of my patience of putting complaints again and again. I hope you understood my problem and get it replace as soon as possible, otherwise I have to resort a complaint to consumer court with this fact.

Mera ac cooling nai kar raha hai or customer care k toll free no.per baar baar shikayat krne per bhi technician nai aa raha ghar pe..

My godrej single door was not cooling 6 months back so i had registered a complaint with cust care no and technician had come and promted me to buy a stablizer for the fridge and i paid 5500 for the stablizer as well as service charges on 29/1/2021.. my fridge is stablizer free fridge so i had not purchased it before... but the technician used all marketing tools and forced me to buy a stablizer else my frisge will damage.. again today my fridge had stopped cooling and i logged a complaint and the technician said the compressor is not working and i need to pay 4990/- for the compressor...then what was the need for the stablizer?? And why r godrej compressors so bad in quality??
