1. I bought Refrigerators on 05 Nov 2017. Now its not working (not
cooling), Your technicians visited and couldn't sort out this issue.He
needs cash memo and denied to carryout the services without cashmemo,
namely franchise contact person -MD. Salim Javed, Munger Bihar, 811201.
But i have loss my bill for warranty claim. Pls give me duplicate
bill. I bought the item from Hari Electronics, Gulzar Pokher, Munger,
Bihar, Pls mail me the duplicate bill for continue warranty process.

PRODUCT CODE:[protected]SD01087,
SR NO.[protected]DR01462 (same photo enlosed as an attachment).

2. Same query raised to Customer Service support to sort out the
issues of duplicate bill and status of warranty and Guarantee details
with refrence of prodcut serial number:[protected]DR01462, your call
center people neither the provide the proper solution nor the customer
service gave proper response rather enrolling customer to handle by
themselves. Being a reputed brand, we never expect such kind of poor
customer service.Its really pathetic..Request to sort out my issue at
the earliest.
3. In view of the above, It is requested that issue of duplcate bill
againt the prodcut serial number /Model:-RD EDGEPRO 210 CT 3.2, Prodcut
Code:[protected]SD01087,
SR NO.[protected]DR01462.
